Wornie is provides quality service and quality products. He is also very knowledgable. I was dealing with a strange sound coming from my furnace and he was able to figure out the issue quite quickly. Needless to say our unit is now working perfectly and we're very thankful for that! Will definitely contact again for other issues.
Very easy to work with! Honest technicians. I didn't feel like they were adding unnecessary charges just to make an extra buck. Would definitely use them again if I have any other HVAC issues.
Warren did an excellent install. He came on time and made sure my home warranty took care of the claim. Even though the warranty company was slow to respond and purchasing, once the equipment was ordered, warren went out of his way to install my system the next day.
I have been using WS maintenance service and I have never had any issues with any of the techs..I have been in my house for over 10 years.. I don't worry about my air conditioning or heating systems because the maintenance program keeps it flowing and working properly..Sometimes, money is the issue for some people. But their prices is reasonable and the service is great...I have recommended this company to others and will continue to do..
HORRIBLE!!! Had a 12-3 appt window showed up after 6 pm, didn’t complete the work until after 10:30 pm. He installed a new HVAC unit and didn’t insulate the cooling pipe. I text him about it and he responded by saying “THE UNIT IS COOLING RIGHT” I responded to ask if it’s okay to leave a refrigerator door open because it was cooling? He called and cussed us out, we disconnected the call then he proceeded to call back repeatedly. I text back to say I will not allow you to speak with me in a disrespectful manner and he sent us text messages cursing us out. Then finally says he will come back out. Why didn’t he just say that to being with and this review would have differ. Then he accused me of not paying him, when I asked him in a text to call for payment because he told our tenant he do not like it when people call him. I have contacted the warranty company and they have instructed us not to pay until this is resolved. What happened to customer service there days?!
Warren was great! Very friendly! Very knowledgeable. Worked through a tough problem and got us heat again where others failed. Highly recommend. Funny too.
My home warranty referred me to Worine with WS Maintenance Service. He was the only company that would come out and get my system up and running on very short notice. He also came back and did a full replacement of my old system and installed the new system in a afternoon. I asked him if I needed anything done to the furnace and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. He just told me to call him before the next summer season for a quick maintenance check. Worine definitely will be getting my business for all my Heating and Cooling needs. Thanks again Worine.
We were referred to WS Maintenance Service Company by our home warranty company. Our downstairs heat had broken and we had 3 technicians sent by the warranty company that could not figure out the issue. The 4th technician was Worine from WS and I am so thankful. Not only was he able to fix the issue, he took the time to thoroughly examine our system and figure out how to stop the issue from happening again. He was an extremely hard worker, courteous, and honest. He did not try to up sell us with any unnecessary repairs and was always communicative about his timing and schedule. I was extremely appreciative. We have had a lot of hit or miss vendors from our home warranty- but WS Maintenance Service is wonderful. We have a maintenance plan for our HVAC units with Cool- Ray for almost 5 years- and based on Worine's service and knowledge, when our plan is up, I plan on contacting WS for their annual service. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
