Approaching a week since I filled out a Contact Us for an estimate for service. Never heard from them....
The reviews are accurate! Mr. Wright is “Mr. Right” when it comes to calling the person you need for your HVAC. Our air-conditioning was out for over 48 hours in 90+ degree temps as we we waited on another contractor. Finally, we called his company and Mr Wright was out here in less than an hour! We happened to catch him traveling between jobs and after speaking with him, he came over as soon as he could for a diagnosis. I love his sense of urgency and the fact that he cares. You won’t find better customer service. His experience and competence are also top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We will definitely be using them when we replace our AC system.
Our mobile home had been without a/c for 10 days . We found this man on 7/5/22 with my brother in laws help ,he was by the home with a price by 9am ,back with new a/c at 12:00 pm it was installed and cooling the home by 3:00pm , very professional quality materials professional work , very responsive person , wife is a transplant patient/ kidney 🙏🤙👋
Mr. Wright came out and took care of my mother in law's ac within two hours (she's in her 80's) and he provided her top notch service. I will highly recommend this company. God bless you!

I was looking for someone to come out to service my HVAC system due to my AC only cooling off one zone in a two story home. I called Wright's Heating & AC, spoke to someone about my issue, and was told that it was a minor issue, and that they would walk me through how to fix it. It was unbelievable that someone would be gracious enough to do this....vice sending a technician out on a service call. IMHO most companies would have sent someone out, charged an absurd fee to do so, and probably would have suggested repairs that weren't even needed. Whenever I need to have my HVAC system serviced/repaired, Wright's Heating & Air Conditioning will be my first choice.
I had a wonderful experience. I purchased a new compressor from them a little over a year ago, and during the extremely high temperatures we experienced last week my lines were freezing up and my home was almost 100 degrees inside. I keep the filters changed so I knew it wasn’t that. God knows I was broke, but I just couldn’t take the heat any longer. The kind gentleman came out promptly the same day I called, said I was a little low and needed about 2 lbs. I inquired about cost and started “robbing Peter to pay Paul”. Pulling from different accounts because all I could think of was finally having a good nights sleep in cool air. To my surprise, the young man came in made sure the vents were open and proceeded to take temperatures. It had already dropped to 87. When I went to hand him the money, he looked at me and said, “I’m going to work with you, it’s just going to cost you one.” I said, “thank you Jesus”, but he wasn’t taking the money out of my hand. He said, “Merry Christmas, it’s just going to cost you ONE hug.” It took a moment to register as I looked puzzled in the face like, huh. (Being that it was August and not even July, let alone December) I just yelled, thanked the Lord, accepted my blessing, didn’t ask any questions, gave a big hug and told my grand babies to do the same! When he departed, I just cried like a baby, praying about that moment and for that young man for demonstrating humanity in such a manner. I highly recommend them. Prayerfully your experience will be just as good as mine!!!!
These folks are great. Very honest and they responded to my service call within 2 hours. I purchased my A/C unit from them 7 years ago and I've never regretted it. It's a joy to find someone in the service industry that actually cares about their customers.

The people from this company were extremely honest. The technician walked me through my home after he got the AC working again and explained the operation system to me as well as how to efficiently cool my home. A1 American Service air conditioning tried to scam me for several thousands of dollars. They deliberately hooked the transmitter up to my ac unit incorrectly. The technician from Wright's heating and air showed me the error and told me the reason for my compressor's malfunction. I am really glad that I called them and very happy to have receive such exceptional service. I will recommend them hands down over any company and will be using them for all future heating and cooling issues. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Arrived same day, had parts on hand, charged reasonable price and was very polite and personable. Cleaned up area afterwards, didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Great service all around.
Have used Wright's Heating and Air exclusively for the past four years. Wonderful service, always responsive and gets the job done!!! Costs for repairs are always fair. Would definitely recommend this company!
I've been using Wright's for at least 3 years. It all started when they came to give me an estimate after another company told me I have to replace my whole unit. They said Nope. We can fix yours. Honesty, that's how you build loyal customers. They've been my go too ever since.
I needed some furnace work and to have my tankless water heater cleaned. We received a visit from Wright who was very courteous and helpful. He called before he came and completed the work without too much mess or fuss. I would recommend Wright's AIR Cond & Heating after a job well done!
Truly A+ customer service. Not often in life you come across very genuine and honest individuals.After calling(2) supposed and for what I thought were reptuable companies that never showed up or called me back as they promised they would, I opened up the phone book and saw the ad for Mr. Wright's A/C. After explaining the situation over the phone, Mr.Wright was willing to come out A.S.A.P. the same day which he did within 30 minutes of talking to him. I told Mr. Wright that my husband was home but I had the creidt card on me cause I was @ work and would gladly set the Appt. for the following day. MR. Wright said he would still come and I could call the office when I get off and pay over the phone. He came out and accessed the A/C and the problem was, a bug some how was lodged in the fan &e cleaned it out. GUESS WHAT he charged us???? NOTHING.. I owe him alot. I thank u from the bottom of my heart. U have our business for life and will be a referral to all our friend and family. God bless and thank you.
Mr. Wright is an absolutely first class individual. He did a great job when he installed our heating and AC and in maintaining them over the years. He comes within a few hours for an emergency and is very flexible to meet our schedule needs. He has also talked me through minor repairs and service on the phone at no cost. I strongly recommend him to anyone in the area who needs heat and AC service.
