Great guy, honest, helpful. Helped me just replace a compressor unit for $2k instead of the 13k another company was pushing….
We love Wrich air! Quick to come out and quick at fixing whatever the problem is. We were burned by a couple companies telling us that they couldn’t figure out the problem or had to buy new part, only to have Wrich air fix the problem immediately. Highly recommend!!
As a realtor in Las Vegas, I'm always reaching out to fellow realtors and my broker (John Griffith) to find good technicians and people to work with. Had a recent issue with one of my AC units, and Dave Wrich sent Josh out to help me out. After the initial appointment date was set, Josh reached out early to schedule when he'd arrive. He showed up perfectly on time, walked me through various things we can do inside the house to improve our air quality/the health of our AC units, and then took me to the unit outside. He then proceeded to walk me through every step he was taking, showing me different tips and tricks, and then proceeded to identify and solve the problem in no time at all, all while being possibly one of the coolest people I've met in a LONG time in business. Josh: you are the man. Hope you see this review. I grabbed a bunch of your cards, because I know you guys run on word of mouth, and now I can see why! I'll be offering your business services to pretty much every client I ever have, as you've more than earned it.
