WORST company ever! They will give you a time and day and never show up! They will not answer their phone or return calls when they have missed the appointment. Meanwhile, you're left in the cold (literally) wondering if they are going to respond or if you need to hire someone else. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude company that is obviously too lazy to work.
Edit: the guy sent his son out called to check our heating unit & was super nice & very apologetic about taking so long! I definitely have to change my review & give then a glowing recommendation now! I called this company upon a recommendation from a coworker. My initial thought was they were very nice people who seemed to want to help me with my situation. I had a "friend" that I had been waiting almost three weeks on to get the part to fix my heating unit when it went out during our first cold spell a few weeks ago. They finally let me know they would not be able to repair my unit so I asked friends for recommendations this was the first company I called and it was on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving, the gentleman said he would be out the next morning around 10 a.m. and get me taken care of. I received a text the next morning around 6:30 stating the gentleman had forgotten it was Thanksgiving so he asked if he could come later in the day, I then proceeded to tell him it would be no problem if it was easier for him to come on Friday. He responded that would be perfect I will be there around 12. I stated to him that I worked all day so he would need to come as early as possible to catch my husband at home. Needless to say I never heard from him on Friday I followed up with him Saturday morning and he said he would be out after he got his work truck. I still have not seen this person and he has not come to look at my unit. We are now going into another cold spell tomorrow and the high temperature is only 39. This gentleman knows I have no heat in my home and I have two children and he has chosen not to respond to me since midday on Saturday which was yesterday. So far I have not been impressed with this company as the person that has told me multiple times he would be to my home has yet to show up. I hope they do not treat all of their clients this way. Installed a new Goodman unit for us four months ago. They weren’t the cheapest we called but were in the top three. Yesterday the u it stopped working(was leaking gas). I called Billy at 7:00 last night, he had a technician on site to fix the issue at 2:00 today. I work in a service industry as well and less than 24hours till on site service is exceptional at this busy time of year. Thank you Billy, and Merry Christmas. -Robert Bell.
Great. Came out within an hour of calling and fixed the problem in like 10 minutes!! Super!!
These people installed a unit at a rental property for me. It did not work from day one. He sent a crew to fix it...eventually. It worked for 3 days. He sent another crew (finally!) and fixed it again. It worked for another few days. It is still under an extended warranty and I've called, I've begged, I've warned of legal action. He no longer even calls back. He knows the unit he installed was worthless and yet he extended the warranty. I have no other recourse than to take legal action...BUYER BEWARE!

Great service and absolutely the lowest price ive seen in this area. these guys are really down to earth and they seem to care a lot about me and my family (concerning our air condition) and they were fast with the install!!!!
