Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!
This is an excellent AC company. Their people are friendly, clean, responsive and care about their customers by providing great service. I highly recommend them!
I have been a client of Bill Warlock for over 5 years, new installation and service. This week at 114 degrees I had trouble with my AC unit and Bill came out the same day for a checkup and diagnostic. Problem solved and I couldn't be happier once again with Bill and the excellent service of his company. A Big 5 stars!

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.
I have had the pleasure of using Bill Worlock and his technicians at Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating for over ten years. There is a reason I have used Worlock AC & Heating that long. They do a great job! They act as fast as possible, they explain issues well, and they charge fair prices. I have also used Worlock AC & Heating twice (two homes) for new installs of HVAC units. Both times Bill's bids were lower than the others received and they did a phenomenal job on the install. I have never had an issue or problem with the services they provide. I highly recommend Bill Worlock and Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating without any reservations.
Superb Company and a joy to do business with. At the time of shopping around and requesting quotes, Worlock was able to replace my AC unit with a newer American Standard and gift two smart home technology freebees at a more competitive price than the others. What stood out the most, the owner, Bill picked up my call (I was expecting a call center or front desk representative). The guys were able to come that evening and assess my system and sit down with me with their recommendations and options. Cool item in the house is the Amazon Alexa voice Ecobee thermostat. Not only does it manage hot and cold spots, but you can order groceries, read the news, etc. (SUPER COOL!) They get a thumbs up and I highly recommend getting an assessment. *2 weeks in with the installation and the home has been very comfortable. Even with the patio doors open in the evenings when we have our cookout get-togethers with friends/family.
Love our new new bromic patio heaters. Who says you can't have patio gatherings during winter :)
Very happy for the ASAP scheduling availability. Bill fixed the roof unit and repaired a few lines that were damaged from the recent storms.
Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks so very much!
A HUGE 5 Star goes to your AC repair experts for the brilliant work they did at my home. Without their timely service, I probably would have spent the night outdoors since it was too stuffy indoors. Big thanks!
