I've had my restaurant for about nine years now, and the A/C has never been colder! My system went down on a Sunday night and I was able to get an immediate response from Rubecca and the technician Bill, was able to solve my problem that same night! My A/Cs have never worked better! I will absolutely be using them in the future!
Professional, prompt and polite. They took care to install with as little mess as possible. Their quote was fair market price with no strong-arm sales tactics. I would use them again and would highly recommend Bill and his team.

Very happy with my experience at Worlock AC. They replaced my AC motor and my system was up and running within 4 hours once I placed the call.
Worlock A/C was professional and friendly. Replaced an entire unit for my sister in Peoria and corrected several previous installation deficiencies. Best part they were able to coordinate the financing which meant a lot to my fixed income. Install was handled in one day and clean up was great. One caveat. Worlock A/C did not prepare me for incidental damage which they were "not licensed to do/repair" and which I now need to address (i.e. attic access trim and painting). Great experience.
My wife and I have been dreading (and delaying) replacing our 22 y/o AC units for a long time (obviously) - but finally we did it!! On a Sunday - we placed an online inquiry and within just minutes we heard back from Bill Worlock of Worlock AC & Heating Specialists. Bill offered to come to our home to evaluate our needs - and indeed within (literally) two hours of our (Sunday) inquiry Bill had arrived - and he was great!! Bill was friendly and casual and down to earth - and yet extremely knowledgeable and informative and patient with our (uneducated) questions and concerns. Bill inspected our existing HVAC system thoroughly - to include our (in attic) furnace, duct work, insulation - etc. - and then he worked patiently to educate us (in simple terms) on our current situation - along with the various options available to us - to include ultimately his professional recommendation. Regardless - wanting to be truly "educated consumers" - my wife and I continued to shop around (extensively) - to include six more "in-home" appointments with reps from the (4) largest HVAC companies in AZ - along with two additional smaller HVAC companies. There was absolutely no comparison! The larger companies sent out slick cheesy sales reps with their polished "pitches" - and it was clear that we were being "sold" on what they wanted us to buy - rather than what we might actually need. Moreover - we felt like we were being "handled/manipulated" in the same way a used car salesman might push you to buy a certain car (just to get it off their lot) - or the way a high-pressure Time Share presentation might go (where the only goal was to get you to sign now-now-now). Anyway - after each rep left and the door shut - my wife and I would look at each other and literally say (in unison) "WORLOCK!!" - indicating that his was still (by far) the company to beat. In the end it could not be beat - and we could not be happier. We strongly recommend Bill Worlock and Worlock AC & Heating Specia
We recently had Worlock Air Condition & Heating install a new split system in our house. We couldn’t have been happier. The communication, price, removal and install of the systems, and cleanliness was all top notch. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Worlock Air did an excellent job replacing my elderly parents rooftop A/C unit. They did a thorough inspection and found that the last unit's installation wasn't at the correct pitch (angle) and caused condensation to backup up in the unit and rusted it. Also the condensation drain pipe had a slight up-bend at the end causing water to accumulate in the drain pipe. They fixed all of that and are very trustworthy.
On time and reasonably priced. Bill was a gentlemen and explained the repair in details.
