Jakob came the same day I called. He did some repairs and maintenance on my heater and air conditioner. This is the 2nd time I had him come. He is so helpful and honest. I highly recommend his service and plan to sign up for routine maintenance calls.

I had a fantastic experience with World HVAC in Irvine. Jacob was the serviceman who helped me, and I must say he did an excellent job. He was very responsive, efficient, and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. The repair was completed in no time, and my HVAC system is working perfectly now. Jacob was able to arrive the same day we discovered our heater was longer functioning. He was extremely professional, explaining every part of his work, with fair pricing, and was able to fix the issue the same day, which was amazing since the weather was cold and the house was getting colder by the hour. Prompt, reliable service. Jacob came out same day to replace our HVAC fan on our older unit (during a heat wave, no less). He always does a great job, remembers the details of our unit from past services, and has common sense recommendations to keep our older system running well. Highly recommend.

Knowing how difficult to get an AC person during the hot summer days I was surprised that Jacob went out of his way and was able to fit me in his schedule after working hours. I have been try to fix my duct issue for 5 weeks. From home warranty insurance to 3 more contractors, everyone just want me to change the whole unit of AC and ducts. One of them even say that we might need to knock down the wall. Thank God I found Jacob from my neighbor who referred him to me and said I won’t disappointed. Amazingly, he spent 2 hours and try to find out the problem, not like other guys who tried to collect the diagnosis fee. He found out the issue and 2 days later brought the parts and fixed them. He will. Be my Only to go AC and duct guy!!! Thank you so so much!
