I’ve dealt with Matt now for about seven years on various HVAC jobs that I needed performed on my property. He’s got his systems on point and a pleasure to work with. He was able to squeeze in my Airbnb, HVAC problem the day before Fourth of July, and keep my tenants happy. Thanks so much!

When I contacted to inquire about a possible problem with my heater, I was told that Kyle was running on time. I informed them that if he did arrive later, someone over the age of 18 would be present because I had to pick up my children between two certain times (30 minutes). Of course, he arrived just as I was about to go, which caused me to be late because I had to explain the situation to him. He was here for ten minutes (love my doorbell camera). Yes, there is a minor issue with the heater. It's making noises, and the inducer motor might break at some point. He didn't even wait to tell me or the 18-year-old at home in person. I had to text to find out what the problem was or if there even was one. Literally in my house for less than 10 minutes, $75? But hay, I have ease of mind that there IS something going on...which WAS kinda obvious. I will not be having them fix it though, I feel like I might be getting overcharged. Make sure you have a legit $75 question before calling these people.

Working class came out the same day we called and they were very honest and clear in their assessment of the problem. They gave a good recommendation for repair options and worked very quickly. Thanks for the great service!

This place is terrible. The guy comes out asking us for a copy of my warranty to see what is covered. I figured if my home warranty company sent you, then you should know what my coverage is already. Either way, he leaves saying he needs to order parts. I call back exactly one week later asking for status, as the tech had told us it would only take, a couple days. The woman, Shannon, told me she will call me back after she spoke with the technician. Ten minutes later, get a text message alert that my appointment is scheduled for the following week! First of all, we did not have this conversation to confirm my availability, and second, that just tells me that the ball was dropped on ordering the parts. Why not just call back and let me know that. Their telephone etiquette is just terrible to say the least. I will definitely need to change home warranty company, to a company that is liable for their contractors as well.

My idea of good customer service doesn’t entail being told, “we’re all in the desert, we’re familiar with the weather” when I tell a company that I placed a work order on Saturday and it’s now Monday and we haven’t heard from them, along with the fact that it’s 106 degrees where we live and 96 degrees in our house with an infant. Called my home warranty company and found someone else to do business with. 👍🏻

Quick and Affordable. Had an issue come up with a heater during a cold snap this winter. They had someone out right away, part needed to be ordered and came in quick. Installation was scheduled right away and everything has been working perfectly since. Will be keeping them in my phone for any future heating and air needs

We had a bad experience with this company. Our home warranty refered us to them. We filed a work order and we didn’t receive a call from them. We called after 4 days, left a voicemail, we called again after a week but both no answer. We finally contacted our warranty, old republic, which then got a hold of them. This should have been a sign. Their technician had an attitude from the very beginning. I felt like I was dealing with a teenager who would either ignore my comments regarding our heater problem or would subtly rolled his eyes. He told me that everything was fine but he adviced we replace a certain part on the heater but it wasn’t necessary since the warranty did not cover it. After an hour or so, he comes back telling me he replaced this part and we had to pay an extra $75 since it wasn’t covered. I told him this was something that should have been discussed before he did any work that wasn’t covered. He responded by saying he left a voicemail on the homeowner’s phone. My husband and I are the homeowners which he knew because he asked. As I was trying to explain to him that this isn’t something we requested to be done at this time, he cut me off to tell me the total amount. He was more worried about getting paid than apologizing. He then says he doesn’t take credit cards but will take cash, check, or I can call the company. He literally left me talking because he had others to take care of. At the end, the company waived one $75 fee because of “miscommunication”. They seemed money hungry and downright rude.

I've been doing business with Matt for years, I'm a service connected disabled   veteran on a pension, so service and competitive rates is very important to me, Matt has always done an excellent job with reasonable rates, he has taken care of my heating and air condition needs in both my personal property and income property, after service is done he calls to follow up, he always discuss the different options available to me whether it's part replacement, routine service or complete unit replacement, I have always been satisfied with his work and would highly recommend them to anyone who asked about heating or air conditioning service five star service with a thumbs up.
