These 2 young men did a great job and very reasonably priced I have used them twice and each time they fixed both problems in a timely manner and got it fixed and working that day great job

This company installed a brand new unit in a rental. Apparently was defective as staeds by the factory. They made many trips out of their way to get parts, speak with representative and even reverse the defective part. They should up when ice and snow first thing in the AM and didn't stop until we had heat. Actually coming tomorrow to my personal home for a winter tune up. They will be installing my next new unit. And they are actually personable to talk and work with
I give word heating and air a 5 star rating. They do good work and honest and will stick with it until it is right. Thank you again for my unit and God Bless you.
I couldn’t have asked for better or faster service. David was at my house within 2 hours after being called. He fixed the problem with my unit within an hour. I highly recommend this company. Give them a try...you won’t be sorry.
Great guys to work with. They will show up when they say, even late at night or I would bet overnight if needed for some of you shift workers. Prices are better then expected and work is done quickly. Would use them again and will only recommend them to anyone else that needs any service.
These guys are awesome. They went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect. We are very satisfied with there perfection of the work they did for us. I highly recommend Word Heating and air. If you want honest and friendly and very reliable this is the company.
