If I can give 0 star I will do it. They are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Don't do any business with them, they just want your money. Don't just read the good reviews...you need to read the lowest reviews as well. We are not writing bad review for a good or professional company. We gain nothing to do that.
I used them for over 5 years and had spent near $10K on two new HVAC systems and water heater. Last year they repaired a HVAC system for me they had to come three times they replaced a motor that wasn't necessary with a generic model and charged me hundreds of dollars, the final fix was they bypassed something and told me they would come back to replace what they bypassed . I called at least three times to remind them and they said they would do it at the end of the year. They then decided that the part wasn't needed and never told me! So now I paid for a motor replaced that wasn't needed and the motor new motor they put in now it makes a large bang when it shuts off and I have two wires sticking up from the unit where before it was all covered. I asked to have the motor replaced and nothing. I just learned that the tankless water heater they installed never was configured for water recirculation and I had asked all their tech's to look at it over the years and they all said it was working. Another company came to service the unit and when I asked them they FIXED it within 15 minutes! Update when they installed the tankless system they never checked the external vents or the gas pressure, so now I had to pay someone to add a gas regulator and change out the vents! YEARS LATER STILL FIXING THEIR INSTALATION ISSUSES
Bill Gulotta was happy to take our money and quick to run with no follow-up and an unfinished installation. Stay away from this firm.
The whole team - Bill and Brian in giving us a sense of the work and the quote. Kevin and the team that did the work - were incredible. They communicated with us and we needed some help beyond HVAC with a roofing thing and drywall and Worcester had a solution for everything. I would highly recommend this company.
Great company. Communication was timely and accurate. Installation of steam boiler was done by highly experienced people. Have had too many negative experiences with so-called stem heat experts but these guys are truly experts. And, they cleaned up better than I do!
Bill and Brian took the time to explain what the work would be about. Their installation crew was professional and knew what they were doing. Appreciated they answered questions at time of install as well and were careful when in the home (wearing masks, working cleanly around the various floors). The new installation they put on looks very professional and they clearly paid attention to details, making sure pipes and electrical connections were neatly installed. Some minor things that showed up within a few days after were promptly addressed when we called them. Very courteous and prompt service. Will definitely recommend this business to our friends and acquaintances.
We have had such a wonderful experience with everyone at Worcester Heating & Air Conditioning. They are incredibly responsive and professional. We had to have a whole new HVAC system installed plus a water heater, and our space is super tiny. We so appreciated their hard work, patience, and diligence. Their pricing was incredibly fair and we are very happy with our new system. Thank you all!
They did a nice job were neat and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the work. They addressed my questions and concerns promptly. I still have more questions and look forward to getting answers from them
Absolutely wonderful experience working with Bill and his team. We had a big job and it was truly all hands on deck. These guys knew their stuff and installed/recommended to perfection.
We were frustrated with our Boiler shutting off on its own. We contacted a few other services, and our situation wasn't remedied. We passed Worcester's office and decided to give them a try. We were very pleased with that service call and have used Worcester ever since which is about 3 years. Each time we have called or used Worcester we have received expert service from a very nice Technician and billed appropriately for the work provided. We have suggested Worcester to others and will continue to use this Company for any and all of our heating & air conditioning needs.

Professional, responsive service provided. Service person knowlegeable in our needed area - industrial boiler. Very accommodating.
Had a nagging issue with our heat. Took multiple visits to solve the problem, but everyone involved was very nice and they were able to figure it out!

Easily one of the best interactions with a business in a long time. Very friendly, on time, and reasonable pricing. Interaction with Brian and Bill was excellent, they returned emails and calls next day and explained everything very well. The techs at the house were led by Kevin and they did an amazing install. Took half the time as expected. I was unable to be there upon completion and they came back to make a few minor fixes I requested the next day. Great Business and employees!!
Worcester helped with my natural gas conversion process. This is not an easy thing to coordinate and complete and cannot say enough about how great they were. I would recommend these guys for anything.
The team did a great job replacing my furnace and AC. Bill and Brian were very respectful and answered all my questions, and even helped keep my AC running until we could get the units replaced. The team was quick and respectful and very professional. I will be using them going forward for all my heating and AC needs. Thank you Worcester!
Responded quickly to service call. Gave me window units to use while my central air unit was being replaced. I would recommend.
Manny came out to our house yesterday and did our annual gas furnace maintenance and was wonderful! I have used other companies in the past and they were no where near as thorough. He was knowledgeable and professional! I would highly recommend.

It’s great to finally have a company u can call & know your in honest and trustworthy hands! I’ve used them not only for my own home but for my rental properties too! Wish I had found them years ago!
