Great company that we've used for years, and will continue to use as long as we live in the area
Professional, Quick Service, Dedicated people. We called when our heat went out during the last ice/snow storm. Most people did not go to work since roads were so bad. Meredith answered the phone. She said they were only servicing people who had no heat, if the person could get to them. Within 10 minutes of our call she called to see if their truck was in front of our house-IT WAS. Rick knocked, put on shoe covers, and determined the problem. We need a part that they would need to be ordered. Rick temporarily fixed and came back Monday as promised with the new part. No problems since! We were so happy to have heat as it was 10 degrees outside. Thank you Wolverton.
Called on a Thursday night after closing, they answered and connected me to the owner to discuss a diagnosis made my another company. Matthew spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all my questions and giving me a informal quote over the phone, which was thousands less than the previous company (I guess that company needs someone to pay for the vans completely covered in ads). Tech came out the next day, did a very thorough evaluation, and found two potential small leaks that were easily remedied. He could have easily just concurred with the previous company that I needed a whole new evaporator coil and drummed up thousands in business, but he didn’t; he was more interested in solving the problem with the least potential expense on my part. Both Matthew and the tech came across as honest, knowledgeable, and reliable people, and now they have a new long-term customer and referral source. Thank you very much!
Technician misdiagnose my AC issues he said it was my motherboard on my furnace turned out to be a dirty coil I paid a service charge for nothing luckily I didn't pay to have them replace my motherboard because that wasn't even issue
They are prompt, polite and respectful. Honest and professional. They have serviced my 3 a/c units on my home and always been reasonable on cost. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Not bad, not great. Furnace kept bugging out after first or second cycle. First tech that came said problem was thermostat wired wrong and fixed it. Might a been, might not've. Same problem persisted though. Second tech came and actually found the problem and said would have to install a $700 new control board. I said no thanks, paid him and went on to try my hand. Bought $130 dollar board online and failed at installing by missing a wire. Same tech came out again to add the wire and all was fine, till it didn't turn on first time I went to use it. Turns out homeboy accidentally turned off gas when closing up (honest mistake, happens). Points towards not sucking too badly and good professionalism/demeanor and finally finding the problem the second time. Points taken for the $100 something misdiagnosis and age old stereotype of tradesman selling a super expensive part I found for a 1/4 of the price they quoted.
Wolverton Air has been our company for air conditioning and heating problems for many, many years. The latest problem, in mid July, that they solved for us was identifying the cause for water leaking through the ceiling of the first floor of our two story condo. The problem: the upstairs indoor part of the unit as well as the roof mounted outdoor part of the unit were beyond repair, being 21 years old. Both parts were leaking condensate and Freon. The indoor part was leaking condensate that caused the ceiling leak. The tech explained the problem well, including why both parts of the needed to be replaced. Replacement of the indoor and roof parts was done in less than a day--efficiently and at the quoted cost. Their techs are first class in all respects. The office staff is first class in all respects. We called around 8:00 this morning and someone was here before 11:00. Checked everything, found two problems and we are cool again. Great service!
I've worked with these guys for more than 20 years. Never had a single complaint. They do their job and their contract service takes the worry out of repair costs.
Great service man Toby! We always request him as he knows his equipment and is very honest. We never feel like he has to call the company to find out what to do about diagnosing or repairing equipment. We've used them for years ( about 25) even though we moved into Ellis County 15 years ago, we always call the Duncanville location for service.
Great bunch of folks! They converted my old system into a multi-zone system and have helped troubleshoot issues that occasionally pop up with AC systems. I will definitely call them in the future.

The answering service was professional and encouraging and sent the message to the 24hr tech. The tech responded in a very timely manner and arrived quickly. He was very knowledgeable and repairs were done quickly, my ac was working within a few minutes of his arrival.. I very much appreciate him, Wow I am impressed. Thank you,
Great company until they charged extra $48 for 2 standard size filters without letting the customer know prior to install them, that it was going to be extra. Update: Review response says I will be contacted by somebody from the company and 1 week later, no call.
They provided a professional experience: they were prompt, their service was efficient, and the price was right.
