Talk about a winter bummer. Sean came on a chilly November morn to assess my furnace-no-heating problem for the standard $125. After 15 minutes he recommended a $417 fix. I said it would take a few days until my checks came in. That was a mistake. I would not recommend my openbook style to others since they have ghosted me ever since. Finally after many, many messages & attempts at call backs, I ended up ordering the $285 part suggested and installed it myself. Yet, no heat. So I studied the schematic and 12 You Tube videos later I ordered a $35 thermostat and I stViola! Heat nice! Thankful this holiday that I'm not the give up and freeze type.
The owner of the company driving to a job site in a company van just passed me going 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. So irresponsible. I wouldn't hire this guy
Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We had our AC quoted and installed within a week and we couldn't be happier with the results. Would highly recommend!!!
I have known Shawn now for about 4 years. We first meet when he worked for a major HVAC company in the Portland area that I used for my business, Catalyst Construction & Remodeling. Shawn did an excellent job diagnosing and working through the problems I was experiencing with my 15 yr old Lennox heat pump system. He was very diligent in discussing my options and finding the best parts at the best price to fix my system. Great service!
Shawn has been in this business for a long time and his experience and professionalism proves that. His company did a great job and I love my new gas fireplace. My son-in-law is a contractor and he found working with Shawn was great.
