I don’t understand why anyone would give Scott a bad review. He’s completely honest and wouldn’t rip anyone off. He knows his stuff when it comes to hvac. About 6 years ago he repaired our unit when we were told by another company the only thing that they could do was to replace the entire unit which we couldn’t afford. Scott came along and fixed it within 30 min after getting the part he needed. His knowledge saved us so much money. I would recommend him to anyone. Don’t trust the negative review. Apparently, there was a miscommunication to cause a negative mark.
I highly recommend Woessner Heat & Air. In fact, I can't recommend Scott highly enough! He incredibly knowledgeable, would never rip you off, and very thorough. I'm a Realtor and I ONLY have Scott do my HVAC inspections and repairs. He also does a great job explaining how the system works in layman's terms to my clients. Completely trustworthy!
If i could give 0 i would. Scott was super rude and didnt even show for the scheduled service appointment. When asked why he did not show he said because we didnt confirm. We had confirmed with him 2 days prior and actually had a conversation about the service request. When asked what could be done to get the service done the day it was scheduled, Scott told my mother to, "stick your thumb up your ass". Im absolutely livid.
