Alex did our annual clean and check and found that the ignitor was corroded. Vince said that it was optional but highly recommended to replace. We decided on replace. Alex was out today and replaced the ignitor. He showed us all the corrosion and explained why replacement was recommended. He was professional. The entire staff is professional and very nice people to deal with. One of the things I appreciate about this company is that they call to tell you service person is in route. I give them 5 Stars!!! Neal was on time, courteous and very efficient. Have been dealing with WM E Donnelly for 25 years and have always received excellent service. They installed our furnace and duct work. I would recommend them.
They were quick to come out, professional and curtious. We have used this company for years and will continue to do so.
Had no heat. They founded out I needed a cheaper filter.
Alex came today to check out our AC that had stopped working. He gave us a window of time when he could make it then called about 20 minutes ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part that had gone bad. We appreciated his quick, friendly, and professional service. We’ll definitely stick with Alex and Donnelly in the future.
I called this company seeking a professional and seeing good reviews. The receptionist that answered the phone was very nice and she set up a good time for a technician to come to my home. My furnace pilot was lighting but the burners were not coming on. When Dave the technician showed up at my house he got right to work, but after an hour he came back upstairs and told me he could not fix my furnace. He explained that my ignition control valve was not Supplying 24 V to the gas valve and my pilot with spark rod should be replaced. Then he wrote up an invoice and on there he read it to me saying the cost for a new ignition control valve and a pilot with a spark Rod would cost in excess of $600! Then he proceeded to pitch me on setting up a date for his supervisor to come to my house and give me an estimate on a new furnace since the cost of repairs would be so high On the one I have. Then Dave said I owed him $186 for the service call and one hour of labor that he spent at my home just to tell me he could not fix my furnace. There was a supply company five minutes down the road that was open that day where he could’ve went and got the parts and fix my furnace but decided not to, it was more convenient for him just to tell me he could not fix the furnace, lied to me and say it would cost over $600 to fix, and then try to pitch me like a sleazy sales person on purchasing a new furnace. Little did he know that I am familiar with HVAC, and there is a specific Rheem dealer that has the parts I needed in stock about five minutes down the road. After he left I called Robertson supply, they had a new ignition control for $115 and a pilot with spark rod for $45 that I purchased and installed myself in about 10 minutes! The furnace has been working great for three weeks now. So basically I wasted an hour of my day and $186 of my money for this company to come out and tell me he could not fix my furnace and try to sell me a new one. Never call this place again!!!
When I called after 6pm I didn't expect to get someone the same night. Alex was prompt and had the problem figured out quickly. He replaced my worn out blower motor In about an hour and and I had heat once again.
Their maintenance plan for furnaces is a great deal. Wm Donnelly does a very thorough and professional job every year. I also bought my furnace from them and I am very satisfied by their service.

Dave at wm. Donnelly was prompt,let us know exactly what has to be done to replace the motor. Thay have done all of our heating/AC work.
Have had nothing but good experiences with WM Donnelly Heating and Cooling. I've had the same technician (Dave) come out yearly to inspect my furnace and central air and have had minimal problems. I just replaced both furnace and central two years ago and I am confident that my home is worry-free. Thanks, Donnelly! Highly recommend.
Hi! Wm Donnelly heating and cooling is a wonderful company!! I've had them servicing my a/c and furnace for over 10 years!! My a/c went out on Sunday. I called on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon I had my a/c working!! The servicemen explain everything they're doing and it's can be easily understood. Definitely recommend!! Thank you !!!
Very easy company to work with. Appointments are made with a real person, Nicole, who is friendly and knowledgeable. Servicemen are professional in appearance and manner, arrive on time, provide the clean and check service concluding with a report on the safety and efficiency of your system. I am a fan of preventative maintenance so the twice a year visit is a great plan for my family.
