Are they still in business???? I tried calling over the holiday weekend and the phone just hangs up on you, same with today as well (and I used another phone) we had them put in our furnace and a/c last year and had an issue with it. If they are still in business pls get in touch with me.
I've had WM HVAC to my house twice now - once to install a humidifier on the furnace and then to install a tankless water heater. They are FANTASTIC. Great people, explained everything, made sure we were happy and did it all on time and very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with (5 people in total) was phenomenal.

Still in the process of getting estimates, but the kind of initial service I received is almost enough for me to go with WM without additional inquiries. Randy was super knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of my system, and a proposed remedy. I was taught to be wise and shop around so doing that, but first impression was really comforting. I live in an apartment and they sent someone over from West Michigan HVAC to fix my heater, which would not even turn on. Harry was very friendly and professional. He took time to explain and show me what the problem was. Harry was also wonderful to my Siberian Husky, who thought he came over just to play with her! I would definitely recommend this company.
Expensive! Service fee upon service fee. Mark ups galore. I wasn’t home and never got a receipt. I called back to get a told $275 was for fees And labor, for an hrs “work”. Seemed a bit much. Probably all COVID’s fault lol
Very helpful from consultation to installation. They came specifically recommended by another customer and I see why.

They set up a family friend's house of mine. They somehow forgot to connect a pipe or something because the ceiling started to leak. We called for them to fix it and they didn't call back. Eventually they said they would come at around 10 a.m. They came at 12. Not only did they cause damage on repair but couldn't even show up on time. Never again!
Just had my furnace and Central Air replaced. Jordan and his team did a terrific job!
The WMAC team showed up on time. Friendly and respectful, they got right to work and when everything was finished and tested, they walked through the system with me and answered any questions I had. The new AC dropped the temperature in the house more than 2X faster than my old system and is significantly more energy efficient. I compared their quote with other vendors, and I know by comparing that I got a great value.
Though I wish you has an electrician on your team as it would've saved time for us both and money for me. We weren't happy being unable to use our AC over a hot weekend due to a power issue that should have been discovered when the estimate was made, but we made it through. As far as staff friendliness and professionalism, you score a FIVE+. Same for the cost and reliability of the unit. Wonderful. Just that one hiccup and that's it. Thank you all for being there for us. We are GRATEFUL. 😊😊😊
The owner, Dave, is a stand up guy. I called their company at 6:10 PM on a weekday after hours and the owner responded less than 2 hours later. AC unit working again less than 24 hours later. Trustworthy people that do what they say they’re going to do for a fair price. 10/10
I am a manager of an apartment community, and WMHVAC is our preferred vendor for heating, cooling, water heaters, and general mechanical needs. We have a great relationship with this company, and I gladly refer them to others in both my professional and personal life. The staff is responsive, attentive, and has excellent communication skills. They are able to provide explanations of issues without condescension, and their diagnoses & recommendations are consistently well-reasoned & data-driven. You could not go wrong selecting this vendor for your needs.
This company was great to work with. We hired them to install central air in our new home that did not have it prior. While it is still cold and will be a few months before we use it, I can confirm that the quoting and installation process went very smoothly. Their communication was great and prices were competitive. 10/10 recommend. Edit: About five months later and I had my furnace installed through WM Air Duct and HVAC. I had issues with my AC around a month later, when it really started heating up outside. They were on the property same day to address the issue and try to solve! I stand by my original 10/10 recommendation.
Chris, our salesman, was very professional and very helpful in giving us plenty of detail in what we needed for our home. Our furnace went out in March and we had him come out to look at it after having other quotes and he had a higher price, but the overall was worth the additional $$. The crew came in and in 2 days, (due to additional issues after taking it apart) they swapped out my furnace, ac and hot water heater since they were all 24 yrs old and needed it anyways. This last month has been absolutely perfect. The heat runs amazing and our bill has decreased. I recommend using wmhvac. The warranty as well has its own benefits that work for us as new home owners.
These guys are the best! Today they spent all day to install a new furnace and AC unit at my home. Were professional throughout the entire process and will be using them again.

Professional and very helpful! They installed our furnace and Humidifier a year ago. They came out today for a tune up and found a clogged water line to the humidifier (no fault of theirs). They repaired it and made sure it was working as it should. Randy was my service technician and I can say I highly recommend him and West Michigan Air Duct & HVAC!!
This is the second time we have used West Michigan air duct and HVAC and again they did a fantastic job putting a new gas line into a jet wash machine for us we would highly recommend anyone use this company for all your HVAC needs great guys quick cleaned up after installation look forward to using them again.
