Very customer focused, friendly and professional. I had a hot water heater installed, and WJP was sure to educate me on the kind of unit I had installed as well as how to prolong the life. When the job was done, the crew made sure the space was clean and neat.
Very professional came right away got the work done and pricing is very reasonable.
Walter was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. His pricing was reasonable. I didn’t know anything except that I wanted AC. He was very patient with explaining things to me. He fixed a few other issues that I had without hesitation. I had to call him back about a minor issue which he came and resolved immediately. I will be using him again in the near future and recommend that others use him as well. He also has a son that he was teaching and he did awesome work as well which was an added bonus.
These guys are awesome! They were able to come by same day and get the parts needed to fix our furnace. Very nice, professional and helpful. They gave us some advice on furnace upkeep as well. We now have heat and they have a loyal customer! 10/10 recommended
My AC broke during a heat wave in Rochester. I called around and landed with WJP. Parker was a pleasure to work with. He came out the same day and spent time explaining everything to me, what the problem was, what my options were, etc. My ac and furnace were around 20 years old so I ultimately decided to replace them. He had the job done in record time at a reasonable cost. I appreciated working directly with the business owner and not some employee from a large company. Also, one of the main reasons I went with him was because I felt I could trust him.

Great service. Great price. Quality product. No pressure. I shopped around but I feel WJP gave me the most honest information so I could make the right decision for my house. My new furnace and wireless thermostat have been installed over a month now and I am quite satisfied. In fact, I had WJP install a new water heater for me too because of the service provided.
Super fast same day service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t insist on trying to sell a new product! Will definitely be calling them back in the future for all heating and cooling needs!
Let me say that this review is long overdue. Walt is a class act and he stands behind his work and his word. You WILL NOT be able to beat his price, you can try...good luck! If you've been wanting central air or need a new furnace give him a call - you won't be sorry.
I love them I have a long term relationship with them and all my family uses them they prices are the best I've gotten prices from other contractors no one come near there costs .

Outstanding service! They showed up on time and got my furnace running in twenty minutes. Extremely professional staff. Very reasonable price. WJP is my new HVAC company.
Great job we be using them again
I was informed by another contractor that my furnace could only be fixed by replacing it leaving us in the cold. WJP came in and even though my unit actually does need to be replaced for safety concerns, he looked closer and was able to get the furnace to operate effectively until we can get the replacement completed. They have earned my business for the replacement. Highly recommended.
