He was very nice, had excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job! It has been over a month now and my upright freezer is still working well since the repair he made thankfully. We are pleased with his work. We will use him again in the future.

Mohammed was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. With newborn twins and our fridge going out, he was at the house within an hour and a half of calling him and fixed the problem. Will use him again in the future.
Our freezer was not freezing and ice production for my ice maker had halted on my LG refrigerator. I contacted Mohammad on an early Sunday morning and he arrived within 2 hours to diagnose and repair the issue. He was very reliable, courteous and provided a very reasonable price for the repair, while also providing helping tips moving forward. If you’re in a crunch and having issues with your fridge/freezer, I strongly suggest that you reach out to Wise Choice Air, Heat and Appliance Services!! You will not regret it.

My freezer on my fridge stopped cooling properly over the weekend. (Why do things break over the weekend?) Other repair services couldn't get to me until next week and buying a new fridge would also take a week to be delivered. Then I remembered seeing the Wise Choice commercials and took a chance and called late Saturday night. To my surprise I got a call back Sunday morning and MD was able to come by! Found out I was low on freon and got me back up and running! An absolute life saver with a reasonable service cost. 10 stars if I could give it. Will definitely use Wise Choice Air Heat and Appliance Service again!
I called 6 appliance repair services and this is the only one that was able to schedule me for service within 24 hours. Once my appointment was set I received direct phone and text communication from the technician who arrived the next day before the promised time. Ready to work and focused. He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly within 10 minutes, had quoted me a price (that was fair) and within an hour the job was done, and the appliance had returned perfect working order. This type of communication and service is a throwback to a bygone long past era. Five stars across the board. Highly recommended.

My Samsung refrigerator in a rental property started not working. I was looking to get it fixed. I got Mohamad on the phone and he gave an appointment. He showed up on dot and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable price. What impressed me most is that he called me a week later to verify the status of the repair. Of course it was working fine. With this experience I will seek his help for Appliances repair in the future and strongly recommend him to any one who needs this kind of help.
