Emilio was amazing. Came over analyzed the problem and was able to get our home up in running within 24hrs. Polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get their AC fixed . Pricing was very fair.
With refrigerant availability driving up costs for recharge each year, it was time to replace our 1997 AC system. Windstorm gave us options on system type, components, and installation dates. The estimate listed out everything and the pricing was better than competitive. We were impressed by the quick response, flexibility to work around schedules, and knowledgeable installation they performed. The Windstorm team came in on a Sunday morning and finished the full install by evening. They ran the new unit, explained the thermostat operation, and assisted with all setttings. Big thank you to Emilio and his team on a job well done!

I highly recommend Windstorm Heating & Air. Emilio Avalos, the owner, is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called and spoke to him around 7:30 am. By noon he had diagnosed the problem and ordered a new motherboard. By dinner time he had installed the part and a new smart thermostat and verified that heating and cooling functions were operating properly. We could not have asked for better service. Anyone with HVAC issues or needs should contact Emilio at Windstorm.
Let me tell you about Emilio and his company and services, I 100% guarantee you wont find anyone better. Hes professional, on time, courtesy, above all great person and great customer service. He came to our rescue I just opened a small business he came the same day I called him and checked it out. He helped us with an AWESOME price once the repair was done. Don't waste time calling anyone else but him.

Highly recommended! Emilio showed up on time and ready to repair my HVAC system. He had all of the parts on-hand and replaced all the capacitors and motors with in a few hours. He was also nice enough to show us where the A/C filters and where to find cost-effective replacements! He didn't pressure us into buying things we didn't want and he made sure it was within our budget. I will tell all my neighbors, friends, and family about him.

Emilio was great ! We were so happy he was able to fix our AC. We were told by another company we would have to replace entire system and it was not repairable. Emilio was only here about 15 min and had our system up and running. He was a really nice and honest guy I highly recommend his services.

I was referred to Windstorm from a friend and was very impressed and happy with the service from this company. The owner Emilio responded to my call and was able to come out the same day. My heater was not working and it was very cold. He was on time, professional, very careful and meticulous. He got to the source of the problem and was quite reasonable with the charge. I found the company online and then called - the owner answered the phone. Emilio came out that same day (on a Friday afternoon) - he gave me a window of time and then called to let me know the ETA (he was early!). High quality service, professionalism and fair-reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

Very professional service! I called in the morning because our ac suddenly stopped blowing out cold air they were able to come out same day and give us a proper diagnostic they are very reasonably priced and professional will definitely call them for any future AC needs.
