I am so thankful for the team at Windmen Heating & Cooling. Our radiant heat system went out during the winter months, so Marc installed a new boiler. His workmanship, professionalism, and his care for us as customers made the process easy. We have used the new system for almost two months now and are very pleased with Marc's work.
Windmen Heating and Cooling made scheduling a furnace inspection and deep clean at our home a breeze. We could not have been happier with our choice! Marc and his crew arrived on time to our remote location. They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. Marc was knowledgeable about our system and did a thorough job on the deep cleaning. He explained everything they did in detail. It was recommended that we install a wet switch to notify us if there were any leaks. Marc went above and beyond and sent me information on a model that has the ability to notify me on my phone in the case of a leak if we are not at home. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Marc and his services at Windmen Heating and Cooling! Marc came to my residence to do an annual maintenance and cleaning on my furnace. At the begging of his inspection, as he entered my house, he used a "gas sniffer" to check for anything that may be leaking in my house from any appliances. Little did I know, that his attention to detail probably saved my families lives. His "sniffer" picked up a small trace of gas in the house. We isolated it to a water heater that I had replaced 18 months ago. We pulled the access panel and found a micro leak at the gas fitting. Marc pulled the fitting and made the repair, and then checked the rest of the system for any more errors. That attention to detail avoided any tragedy waiting to happen. Marc was very thorough when he serviced my furnace, and not only answered my questions I had, but also showed me what he was doing as he went. I am very satisfied with Marc's services, knowledge of systems, attention to detail, cleanliness and all around professionalism. I strongly recommend "Windmen Heating and Cooling!" B.
