If you’re reading this you are in need of installation or service of your HVAC, not fun! Wilson Services installed a much needed replacement of a 28 y.o. system and did a fine job. From initial contact to completion they were prompt, punctual, courteous and professional. The whole team is very responsive from the office to the installers / techs, thank you! Straight business without any up sell foolishness. They’re only going to sell what you need. Good work at a fair price from a local small business that you can trust. Got a couple of bids before deciding who to go with. Compared to the major players in this market with billboards, commercials, wrapped vehicles, dedicated salespeople etc.. they came in with the best bid by multiple thousands of dollars. Someone has to pay for all that overhead, don’t let it be you! No joke, if you get bids from, or worst yet use one of them you’ll find out. So do your homework but I can without hesitation recommend Wilson Services. Thanks again to: Chad, Jennifer, Justin, Blake and Stefan (hope I spelled that right) ! I apologize for my wordiness but when researching various companies to do the work, most reviews were sparse. I hope this helps during stressful times.

I was referred to Wilson’s by an associate from Lowe’s. Justin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He diagnosed the reason why my heater wasn’t running, then they ordered and installed the 2 panels and replaced the 2 thermostats. My heater is working well now. Thanks so much! I would recommend them to anyone.
Contacted Wilson Services on a Sunday when AC Unit quit and they had it running the following morning at a fair price. Outstanding Service !

My house only had one zone and as a result, the upstairs would get hot and the downstairs was freezing. No matter how I adjusted the dampers it wouldn’t make a difference. I called a few other HVAC companies to quote zoning my house but felt the price was steep. Justin with Wilson Services arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly went over my system and they quoted %40 lower than their competitors. Chad and Justin came out and installed automatic dampers and added a thermostat to the master room. My house is finally warm downstairs and upstairs. I also asked if they would install an HVAC monitoring system that they hadn’t installed before and Justin went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Wilson was one of 3 servicers of my HVAC residential brand, still under warranty. Within an hour of my call, on a Friday afternoon, Chad was working on the system, in the rain. Fixed it, took care of billing the mfger and answered questions. I would hire them again.
Wilson Services helped me with a very problematic unit that was on its last legs. As others have mentioned, they are incredibly responsive, professional, trust-worthy and knowledgeable. I will be calling them for any problems in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone else. You won't regret calling them.
We have had the pleasure of multiple dealings with Wilson Services. They have responded quickly when we have had failing AC and a house full of guests on mulitple occaisons. Over the last 5 years, we have placed our confidence and trust in Wilson to replace both our HVAC Systems in our home. Their price was more than reasonable; their people showed up on time, prepared the work area and worked in a neat and efficient manner. They cleaned everything when complete, ‘walked’ us through the operation of our new system each time and then followed up a few days later to ensure everything was excellent. As a result of their attention to detail, we retain Wilson to check our systems twice a year. We have utilized them for a gas leak that Piedmont could not identify. We have used them to replace a hot water heater as well as install gas logs in our fireplace. I cannot reccoment a more trustworthy service provider!! Thank you Wilson Services!
