The estimate to replace our furnace and A/C was best bid we received. Less than half of what a couple companies bid. A couple thousand less than a couple other bids. One bid was a $100 more. Someone we know had used Wilson Heating & Cooling and was very satisfied with the service and price for a new furnace. The installation was professional. We are very pleased. He was on time and completed the work professionally. Clean up and removal of all the old stuff was perfect.
Jason did a great job. I had quite a few estimates, and his was #1 the lowest, and #2 my family has used him on 4 other houses and highly recomended him. He did a great job, new A/C and HVAC installed in 1 day.
They aren't the easiest to get on the phone but they do great work this was our second time using them and so far we are very happy.
24 hour service for emergency. Excellent follow up with mfg of equipment for unusual part failure. Treated problem within 24 hours. Excellent pricing for amount of time required to complete the repairs.

Been a couple years now since my furnace and ac was installed by Wilson mechanical. I got a bid from them with many others at the time. They were not the cheapest but they were very close and had a solid reputation via reference. My furnace was actually upgraded for free due to the vendor not having what I ordered which was a pleasant surprise. My utility bill was a fourth of what it had been the first month. Fast forward a couple years and everything is still exceptional except the sealant around the furnace intake and exhaust. All in all the my experience has been very good and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this family business with outstanding ethics, competitive pricing and reliability.
I just had my furnace and A/C replaced by Justin from Wilson Heating and Cooling and it was a great experience. From the estimate to the replacement, Justin was very professional and helpful. Even during the peak season, Justin scheduled me in quickly. The replacement took a few hours and now my HVAC is working great! Justin got me a very competitive price on the system as well. I would 100% recommend Wilson Heating and Cooling!

Everything thing about our experience was five stars. From the initial consultation for licking out a new heating system to changing out a faulty thermostat after the new unit was installed. Friendly, courteous, and committed to giving a good customer experience.

This well-run family business gets 5 stars all the way! The two brothers, between them, have cleaned, repaired & finally installed a new A/C & furnace for me over the years. I started using them through Platte County Senior Services (no longer in service) and was so pleased with their services that I kept up with them after Senior Services closed. Mrs. Wilson runs the office & is as nice and efficient as her sons! You can't go wrong with Wilson's Mechanical Heating & Cooling!

I used Wilson Mechanical several years ago for a new heat/air system. They did a great job then so, when I decided to put mini split systems in the upstairs bedrooms, I called on them again. They installed two units of different sizes to fit each room. Noticed a small amount of water on the wall today and called. Both guys were at my house within the hour! It was after hours and they found that the drain hose had come loose. Had it fixed in 15-20 minutes. I like using local businesses and will always recommend Wilson Mechanical!

Heat pump quit working and they got out to me fast and reset the system because of a high pressure lock and it started working again, honest, professional service thanks guys!
