We had a property we had been keeping up while it was on the market to be sold. One of the HVAC units needed to be repaired. The realtor had contacted another company first, they did some work, stated they needed to order a part and never heard from them again. The realtor worked in Dallas and was not familiar with this area, nor did he have a trusty contact for the repair, however I did and that was Wilco HVAC. These guys top the charts for high quality workmanship, honesty, trustworthiness and competitive rates. I highly recommend them for replacement installations, repairs or maintenance of your A/C and heating system. Thank you Clayton! We had one of their guys to our house within an hour of calling. This was right after the major winter storm and our heater quit working. They were fast to get here, and quick to diagnose. They weren't able to fix our heater as it was a gas leak problem. But they only charged me for the service call which was cheaper than most. Very friendly. They even text me later that evening to see if our problem had been fixed and see that we were OK. Highly recommended this company!
