I have a primary home and also a few rental homes around the valley, and first used Chris and his team for maintenance at some of the rental units. Since that was a positive experience, I've expanded my relationship with WhyPayMore and now use them exclusively. Last year we had a boiler issue on the low-end model our builder installed 20 years ago at our primary residence, and Chris suggested the most cost-effective / efficient model for what my budget was. The unit has been completely as-advertised, and the WhyPayMore team did clean, organized, high-quality work in our basement to remove the old / replace it with the new. Highly recommend!!!

I just got an estimate for a gas boiler they were the best price of the 4 I got. when time comes I will use them.
Found the company through American Home Shield (AHS) Insurance, but unlike many of the other vendors AHS sent over (4 previous companies)I would request their services again. They were extremely helpful. informative, and very clear about status of the current AC unit. If i were you i would request them as your preferred vendor if under insurance, if not use them for your next repair or installation. Prices are competitive and they stand behind their quality of work
