Andrew and his team helped us replace our tanked water heater with a tankless which required an upgrade to our gas meter and some regulators being added to the gas line. In addition to getting everything properly installed, they also took care of all of the communication with the gas company, and handled all of the necessary inspections, all for a very reasonable price. All communication with Andrew and his team was very accurate and timely and we were never left hanging, wondering what was supposed to happen next. We hopefully won’t to have to replace another water heater for a long time but if we did, we would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend the work of Andrew Sneed and his team more highly! They made improvements on our gas lines, installed new lines for our new gas stove, and made vast improvements in the air quality of our basement storage area. The team is prompt, professional, and does excellent work! Andrew is conscientious about his clients' needs and time constraints and works hard to make sure you're satisfied. I will definitely call them again in the future when the need arises. Thank you!
I cannot recommend Andrew and his company enough to take care of your home service needs. Not only was his price point more reasonable; he was extremely caring and knowledgeable. The crew were polite and went above and beyond. We had a gas line issue that they took care of quickly and efficiently. Also very quick to communicate. Will be using them again for any of our future Home Service Projects
We were extremely pleased with the work Andrew and his team did for us. We had a complete HVAC and duct replacement. And I know that’s not all they can do, but this work was a game changer for us. We will be calling them first when we need some work done around the house!

We hired Andrew and his team to install a new HVAC and ducting for us. The audit of our pre-existing condition was very thorough, and we spoke at length about what options would work best for the home as a whole system. We really appreciated Andrew’s efforts to balance recommended changes with some of our own inputs. The quality of work was top notch and the whole crew was great to be around. Whole heartedly recommend Whole Home Solutions. Working with Andrew and Ivan was such an easy process. Andrew came out the day I called him about potentially redoing the duct work in my home, had a formal quote to me the next day and the work was completed within a week. Ivan was incredibly professional and knowledgable and left my home and garage cleaner than he found it. Never before have I had complete confidence in leaving a contractor in my home unsupervised, so this was such a welcome change. The final price came in exactly at the cost quoted and I could not be happier with the results.
I was told by another company that I had lots of mold in my crawl space. I contacted Andrew on a recommendation and I had lots of moisture and wet insulation but no mold. From the beginning he and Tyler were professional and completely dedicated to my job. They showed up when they said they would and both kept me informed of everything they did. I would definitely recommend them.
Andrew and Tyler were wonderful! We'd used several other franchise plumbing companies to try and diagnose a situation, and each came up with a different answer. Andrew took the time to crawl under the entire house and survey the whole situation, think it through and communicate a multi-step issue that we had. Andrew and Tyler are happy to explain everything step by step, and have a very easy going mentality with loads of professionalism. They don't try to "pull one over" on women, or people who don't know much about plumbing, instead they're attentive and educational. The best part was that we got to see all the old rotten parts thats came out of the house, and THEY CLEANED UP THEIR ENTIRE WORK AREA WITH A VACCUM as if they'd never even been there! This was a god-send. After the run around for months and months with housing issues and super shady contractors, I'll be asking Andrew and Co to fix anything they can in our home.

Whole Home Solutions is a new company on the Huntsville scene that is owned and staffed by long-time experts in their fields. I cannot say enough positive things for the work that Whole Home Solutions has done for us!! We had a hot water heater go out and after some consideration and several conversations we hired Whole Home Solutions to replace our two low boy electric hot water tanks with a gas powered Rinnai Tankless System. During the process they also found and repaired several gas leaks and we feel we are in a much safer space. They were completely professional, on time and extremely responsive to all of our concerns, requests and questions. I love working with professionals who take pride in their work, and they definitely do!!! H I G H L Y R E C O M M E N D!!!
Andrew and Tyler responded quickly to our plumbing disaster. They were professional and thorough in fixing our problem. They took pictures under our house to show us what they were doing. Andrew discussed different options of repair and the costs involved. Our plumbing has never worked better! Whole Home Solutions has been, hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing service. We had Andrew work on a complete re-pipe of our midcentury home, and he did a truly superior job in a matter of just a few days. His work ethic and genuine attention to detail was evident from the moment he gave us a quote. He is also just a wonderful, professional, and friendly person! After the job was done, he even took the time to drop off an album of "before" and "after" pictures of the job, should we need them.
