Very courteous and professional. Explained in detail what he did and how it effects the air flow before he corrected it. Also told me if I had further problems with this issue just to give him a call and he would be happy to come right back out, but it shouldn’t do it anymore. My husband and I were very satisfied with him.
Josh came out within a few hours of calling and had our system up and running in no time. Very professional and didn’t try and sell me anything he knew I didn’t need. Would use again and recommend him. Thank you again!
Called this morning (6/26/23) and Josh was able to work with my schedule and be here during my lunch break. Addressed my concerns in less than an hour and even fixed a door issue I was having just because he knew how to and wanted to help. Would definitely use this company again and I’m grateful for the cool air!
Contacted Josh on Father's Day, Sunday and he was very responsive to our unit being out. He came out within a hour or so and did a great job of getting our a/c up and going again. Great customer service and charged a fair price as well. Thanks Josh and the team at White Knoll!
Our ac system failed and this company came out immediately and found the problem very fast and had our ac system back working again and their pricing was very fair. They were very polite and professional. They will be taking care of all our hvac needs in the future and i recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price.
Called White knoll Heating & Air due to my A/C not working last night the guy I spoke with (Josh) said he would be at my house around 7:30am he ended up showing up a few moments early which was GREAT!!!! Josh came in very respectful and very professional. Came in and fixed my A/c within the first 20 mins he was here. Will definitely be calling White Knoll Heating&Air for any future problems. Josh and his guys are amazing! They had to come multiple times to figure out the problem and each time they were diligent. I also appreciated the fact that Josh made sure to give me plenty of heads up before heading over to the house so that I could leave work. Josh knows what he is doing and cares for the people that live in his Lexington community.
My HVAC system was not cooling my house. I contacted a a different company and the technician convinced me that I needed an entire new system. I did some research and the things he told me contradicted what I read. I called White Knoll Heating and Cooling and left a message requesting a second opinion. Josh called me back ten minutes later, said he was in the area, and came over right away. He checked out the system and said my refrigerant leak was in the coil inside the house and there was no need to replace the more expensive outside unit. We arranged a morning that was good for me and he and a technician came out, replaced the coil, and the system is cooling the house well. Josh was a pleasure to deal with, did not charge for the second opinion, and did a quality job at a reasonable price. He also said that, if I wasn't satisfied with their work, he would take care of it at no charge. I would definitely recommend White Knoll Heating and Cooling if you need HVAC work.
Called because my AC unit was not coming on. Gave me a time but the repair manwas running late. Came out and changed the compacitor. No freon was added because the unit was okay on it. Over $250 and the unit is not working again. Less than a week. Update: The owner called me because it had been less than a week to see what was going on. He asked if he could send a technician out because he was out of town. This was on a SUNDAY. It was 79° in my house so I had to leave. The technician came out to check the unit and the compacitor that was put on failed. Not a fault to the company because they are not the manufacturer. He did call to let me know everything else was checked. He left me a voice mail letting me know the part has a one year warranty and just call if I need any other assistance. I was thinking I would probably have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. I was really impressed with the fast reaction time to have us back in a comfortable temperature we are use to. Thank you.

My experience with white knoll was great. So my heat went out Christmas eve. Of course it was 9 degrees out and i am sure everyone was having problems heating their house. I called at 4 am and had someone at my house by 630. I appreciate all the attention to help my family not freeze in the south. I will be using this company in the future for any of my hvac needs. I woke up this morning to a freezing house, it took them around an hour to make it to my home and within 10 minutes the issue was resolved! Very professional team! I have no knowledge on anything heating/cooling and they took the time to explain the cause and solution. Best part - very reasonable price! Definitely will use them for all future maintenance and repairs.

Our ac seemed to be struggling so i called several places that didnt cover Swansea. Found these guys and they were the kind of people we all want to deal with. Cannot overstate, these guys are who you need to call if you have any heating or ac issues.

Had AC problems call Josh and he came right away found the problem fixed it and did a great job will be using him a lot more they are very awesome and I would highly recommend them thank you very much Josh for coming late at night
Wow! What an amazing company! I called Josh on a Saturday afternoon when my AC unit stopped working and he was out ASAP! He was so quick, extremely helpful, courteous and honest!!! I cannot thank him enough for helping me and providing great service! Will always use him for future service and recommend to anyone I know! Thank you again Josh!
