We were looking for a new AC install. Bo came out to evaluate. Our current gas heater was 20 years old so we opted for a full replacement with a new heat pump. Also added a smart thermostat and an additional duct to an add-on room. It was a good install with a good price - happy with the work. Bo & the team cleaned up after themselves daily and they were professional. Looking forward to summer with the new AC.
Super friendly, informative and not pushy at all! Bo charged a fair price and even asked if it was ok :-) I have every confidence he did a precision job and the system works beautifully!
As many know, summers are starting to get hot in the Pacific North West. I spent a significant amount of time this winter trying to search for the right contractor who could do an A/C install on my home. As many know, getting this phase on any project complete can sometimes be the hardest part. After looking through reviews for many companies online, I reached out to WestWorld Air. I submitted a request through yelp and got a response from Bo within 30 minutes and we had a free consultation visit scheduled within a few days after. Of all the consultations I got for this job, Bo was by far the most thorough. Our furnace is in our attic and he was the only contractor to go up there to review the job specs so he could get the most accurate quote for the job. When we got the quote back, it was by far the most reasonable and best priced of all the quote we got for this job so it was a no brainer on who we would choose. Bo had the electricians come the day before the install and stopped by to make sure all was well as well as to deliver the unit and all materials so he was ready for the install the next day. His communication was 100% the best. At every point of the job, he would communicate consistently and promptly on all matters and I'm extremely fortunate for that. On the day of the install, Bo was right on time and got right to work. This install was a new install so there was a significant amount of extra work compared to a replacement job, but Bo left no stone unturned and no detail missed. His craftsmanship and work speaks for itself and I'm extremely satisfied with WestWorld Air's professionalism, attention to detail, and quality they gave us in this job. I like many homeowners spend a lot of time trying to find the right contractor for our projects. It can often be a daunting task trying to figure out who is the "best". The guy cut every corner possible on our heating system replacement. Worked out of his truck. Would NEVER use him again. But he was dirt cheap, but then I also got what I paid for.
Beau with westworld air was excellent to work with. We called him for an emergency repair and he came out on a Saturday night to look at our furnace. We were not home and he easily could have recommended a furnace replacement, however he came up with an affordable solution. I really appreciate his ethics. He was very responsive and professional. We will definitely call him again with any furnace needs.
MY FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING, I CALLED THE HOME ADVISER LINE THE GOT ALL MY INFORMATION AND TOLD ME SOME ONE WILL CONTACT ME, 10 MINUTES LATER I GOT THE A CALL FROM WESTWORLD AIR, BO IS SUCH AN AMAZING PERSON HE CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND REPAIRED MY FURNACE ,HE IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT HIM, THANK YOU BO.

I can’t express how amazing of a job Bo did for us. Hottest day yet, and AC is working like a charm keeping us cool for littles to nap mid day and sleep through the night. His team cleaned up after themselves, answered many questions, work is exceptionally clean as if the house was originally built with AC. Even the electrical inspector commented on the superb workmanship. I appreciate that proper permits were obtained and the inspections were passed with no issue. I even had additional questions about thermostat rebate post installation, and Bo was quick to reply and help me turn in the correct documentation. We are glad to have him as the caretaker of our AC systems and happily signed up for a longer term service plan. We also intend to use him when our furnace needs replacing.
Bo installed our mini split in our Washington home. We now have heat, air conditioning and a dehumidifier. He explained all our options to ensure we got the best option. We also had him help us with a variety of other projects too. Bo is very ethical, trustworthy, respectful and a hard worker. We highly reccomend him.
