Roy was superb! Professional, timely and knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in a crunch on a Sunday and he did an amazing job of getting things corrected and running quickly. Great knowledge and ethical - hard combination to come by these days - highly recommend!!

Roy was an excellent technician! He was thorough, answered all my questions, and explained in detail the issues with my AC Unit. I have worked with other known AC companies in Tucson and this company has been by far THE BEST. Not only will I continue using them for my business but also for my personal home. My main consideration when contracting a home service is good customer service. The ONLY reason I remain a customer is because your technician, Roy exemplified my definition of a professional HVAC specialist. After having to reschedule for the third time, I was very annoyed. When he arrived, he apologized for the company's failure to meet my contract expectations, and proceeded to complete the A/C maintenance, all the while keeping me informed on the status of my unit. He managed to quell the upsetment I was experiencing regarding your company's poor standard regarding customer service. Once my contract expires with Western States Home Services, I will definitely rethink whether I will consider another contract. Roy saved the day in my opinion. Although my current maintenance contract doesn't expire for another two years, I hope your company will practice better customer service in the future.

Michel was amazing while exploring our AC replacement options. Michael came in with an open mind, his mission was not to sell us a top of the line unit, instead he listened and helped build options to meet our needs. Michael was very clear explaining the various units along with the pros and limitations of each, the warranty is awesome. We haven't made a decision just yet but Western States is at or near the top because of Michael.

Roy has provided great AC service at our home before. I truly appreciated that when he came out this time, he quoted me a price and also told me the problem may be covered by a warranty we have with another company. He suggested I call them first before paying for the repair. He gave me enough information to have an intelligent conversation with the company that installed the problem part and ultimately saved me $780! If that’s not integrity and professionalism, I don’t know what is. Thank you Roy.
