It's ok but it could use a makeover
Very professional
As I'm disabled I was disappointed to see the ladder the gentleman borrowed was not put away (how am I to do this?). I can't push a walker and a ladder at same time. The gentleman also left my dirty filter leaning next to my front door. I didn't even see this till I had guests come. Quite embarrassing! If he didn't want to dispose, tell me, and I will. Just a little lazy I think. He was also more than an hour late! Wow! No feedback for me? My feedback was constructive criticism that you should be aware of so you can correct. A lesson learned. I am not always a negative review. If you are going to respond to only the 5 stars, tell us so we don’t waste our time. After all it is our time. Thanks
