I can not be happier about Western Heating. I have used them for years. When I have a issue this is the only ones I call anymore. As soon as I believe her name is Valerie answers the phone and tells me someone will call me back when they are on the way and I have to say it’s fast. Rick calls and I have never waited to long before he or Frank is out at my house. From my water heater to my stuffed up plumbing and let me tell you that happened more then I would like to say. They have fixed it. As well as my wall heater they have serviced and fixed in a timely manner. They are very reasonable as in price. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have to add it’s a family business and I am all for helping smaller businesses out. We are thinking of adding AC to my house so I will be calling them soon to see what plan they can come up with. I have to Thank them for always running to my aid when I needed them.
Highly recommended! They installed a complete HVAC system and re-piped the entire house. The job was done on time, on budget, and they were clean and meticulous. They gave multiple options with the pros and cons laid out in easy to understand terms. They showed up on time and communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. If you need any plumbing or HVAC work done, give them a call. You will not regret it.
Let me just start by saying owning an AC unit is great and terrible at the same time. We recently started having trouble with our 10 year old unit (which was nearing the end of it's warranty) and a friend recommended we use Western AC, as they helped them out a while back. They were quick to set up an appointment and assess the problem. They were able to check multiple potential issues and quickly spot the problem(s). The turn around time on a new part was quick and the installation even quicker. We even had a hiccup and they came out next day (on a Saturday morning) and got us back up and running. Needless to say our family was very pleased with their work and even more so that they were able to squeeze a little more life out of our unit. Very friendly and professional. Strongly recommend them for any AC related repair.
Frank came on time to check my Air Conditioner. The noise that I thought was going to lead to a costly repair, turned out to be a small issue. A quick cleaning and tuneup and we were in good shape. It is so nice to have someone who is honest and not looking for ways to pad the bill. I highly recommended this company.
Purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot that would not reignite everty time it shut off. After a dozen calls to the manufacturer, since the unit was still under warranty, with no resolution in sight, I finally gave Western Heating a call. I spoke to Valerie who informed me I would get a call from one of her team members. I was relieved to receive a call from Rick the owner. He showed up and gave me a scenario of what could be causing the issues. I agreed to the cost to not only fix my boiler but to also address the vent that was not meeting the code for the city of Lakewood. Extremely thankful to the entire Team (Rick and Valerie) from Western Heating!! If you're looking for a knowledgeable heating and plumbing company, you need to look no further. They're timely, keep their word, get results, and can handle the communication with the manufacturer and extremely organized. If I could give a rating, it would be 5 star plus!! The technician that assisted us was trustworthy, experienced and extremely pleasant. Western Air did a great job and quoted a most reasonable price for installation of a new air conditioning unit. They finished the job ahead of schedule, cleaned up afterward and were a pleasure to work with!
My air conditioner stopped working. I called a local company, they came out and said I needed a new a/c unit. And quoted me thousands of $$$$. I called Western and they came out and told me it was a quick fix. They were done in less than a hour and saved me a ton of $$$, Western you have a customer for life.
This is not the first time we've had Rick come to our home. He was the original installer of our heating and air conditioning and is still the only guy we would call. It starts with the first phone call. Courteous, professional, and eager to please. Rick was here the next morning to check and service our unit. Again, courteous, professional and thorough. He is a very friendly guy and also eager to please. Last, but not least, the price is very fair! Thanks again Valerie and Rick!!
Quality and craftsmanship are a priority at western and it shows. being a property owner i have come across my share of hacks so it was a pleasure to find rick and the guys at western. They cover all aspects of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning spectrum. I have noticed how much attention to detail that rick shows. He is a straight shooter and has never tried to get me to pay for work that was not needed. Do yourself a favor and throw away all those phone numbers and add western to your favorites like i have
we have used rick at western for over 20 years now and have always had the best service. he responds to calls promptly and goes over and above what you would expect. the quality of his work and his knowledge of the industry are amazing. just a few of the jobs he has done for me are installing a tankless water heater (love it) complete repipe of the house, serviced the heating system, snaked the drains and even uses a jetter to clean out pipes!!! i give western 5 stars all the way

I have called western plumbing and heating more times then I can count. From clogged sewer to new plumbing to heating and my AC issues.I just love them they are always so helpful and nice. They always clean up and it's like they have never been here. i always recommend them to who ever needs any plumbing or AC or heating done. Wonderful company
Very happy with Western. They were very prompt and clean. I had a problem with my a/c and i was given 3 different options, Rick explained everything and the cost before starting. Great company & very friendly. Highly recommend!
