Quick, friendly and trustworthy. Summer around the corner and Nick made sure everything was prepared for the heat. Will definitely be using them for any service.

Nick is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a very honest person. I thought I needed a part replaced when it was my breaker. He told me I didn't owe him anything. You don't meet a lot of honest and helping people nowadays. Blessings to his family. Thank you very much.
Excellent work and customer service! My unit had a pin hole leak and required freon. Nick was able to meet us promptly on a Sunday. I called about 8:30 AM and spoke with Bianca. She confirmed West Texas Eco would be available on that Sunday. She sent me a confirmation text indicating someone wou be by between 1-3 PM. I received a call at 12:45 saying they were on their way. Nick explained everything he was doing in easy to understand language. I also elected to try Easy Seal to hopefully seal up the leak. Overall great work and happy they were able to meet us on a Sunday.
Muy buen servicio y profesionales y rapidos..excellent service very professional and honest. When some other company lied to us about what was wrong with my system and then didn't even respond I called West Texas Eco air and they came the same day and fixed my ac in less than 1 hour. 10 outta 10 service would recommend 100%.

Our ac went out on a Saturday night on Memorial Day weekend. Orlando came out the next morning and identified the issue and replaced my capacitor. They checked my Freon on both units and charged the one that needed it. He was very quick and professional. I feel that they charged me fairly and I appreciate that he checked everything instead of just replacing the capacitor and calling it good.

Nick came out to our house on the day it was 111 degrees outside. Our ac had been freezing up. He was so professional and friendly. He was fast and got it working and cooling the house quickly. We will recommend them and use them any time we have any ac problems. Thank you Nick and West Texas Eco Air for helping us.

Honest guys! Took initiative and let me know what's up with our exhaust motor along with pricing. Came back the next day and completed the job!
I lost my ac on the Saturday over Father's Day weekend and the situation was starting to snowball out of control for me. I had to get this AC unit back online immediately. Nobody was able or willing to help until Monday except Nick. He was very professional, and got my AC fixed up. I should also mention that the parts he used are American made so I feel pretty confident that I won't have these parts go out like the Chinese made ones that my unit came with.
Nick does some excellent work, he's so quick and personable and his the prices he gives are so reasonable. We thought we would have to buy a new unit but Nick was able to repair it for us in a pinch. I would reccomend him to anyone who needs quick and reliable service and I definitely will be recommending him to friends and family.

Wow my son just called me and I have a huge knot in my throat... because u dont know us but still trust us to come and fix it with not even all the money...WOW ...im EVEN MORE HAPPY BECAUSE THE BABY WILL NOT BE IN THE HEAT ANYMORE.. STUCK IN ONE ROOM ALL DAY BECAUSE THATS THE only ROOM that WAS COOL . THANK U SO MUCH..YOU WERE THE 3RD COMPANY TO COME OUT AND SEE IF U COULD HELP AND THE ONLY COMPANY THAT thought of your customers First...it wasnt about the money or thousands of dollars like the other companies wanted to get...I DONT KNOW HOW TO EXPLAIN HOW GRATEFUL I AM THAT U DID THAT AND FIXED IT FOR THEM SO FAST!! My son called me so happy and said the house is cold and feels good. It makes me wanna cry of joy!!!! U all are the best!!! And let me remind u that they had a new unit installed by Jim's refrigeration in their new trailer last year..they had problems from day one that they installed the unit...the baby was new born then and the unit kept on giving out...after 2 units and after many days in the heat the winter finally got here the unit gave out again...the hot days arrived this year and my son called them and asked them to come out to fix it... they came out and said the compressor or something gave out again and the unit kept tripping the breakers! They told my son they would order him a new part but would charge him 700.00 to install it and they still had to get on waiting list because they were very busy!!! They dont need to waste their time on them or ordering a new part for that no good unit because WEST TEXAS ECO AIR STEPPED UP AND FIXED THE PROBLEM..HAD TO INSTALL ANITHER UNIT AND FIX THEIR MESS! THANK YOU FOR HELPING THEM!!
