Ted is amazing, very professional, punctional and a pleasure to work with. I have maintained a maintenance agreement with WEST HVAC and my equipment is in tip top shape because of the care WEST HVAC provides. I also utilized Ted and his team to fix some issues left from the builder of our house that they refused to fix to ensure optiminal operation of our HVAC system! Hands down I would recommend West HVAC for all of your HVAC needs!!
Our AC went out last night around 12:50 am, I called around to several HVAC companies and none had any availability until the next day or past the weekend. Ted Zac Brown West made time to come out this afternoon even with a full schedule. When he said 3 pm he was right on the dot and replaced the capacitor and recommended a new system which we will definitely look into. This was all done within 30 minutes. I am so appreciative that he went out of his way to help us with our AC problem. Definitely recommend his company!
We had West HVAC come out to look at our air conditioner and could not have picked a better company! They gave us a quote for a new unit and adjusted our thermostat to get our ac working again. I highly recommend them if you are looking for any HVAC repairs or for a new unit. We will be going with them when we replace our unit.

Outstanding price and service. I had a new package installed. I'm posting this to help others save their time searching for the best HVAC company we have in the area. I did some research from the reviews and also compared the product and warranty they offered against other companies and found out that they had the best ones to offer. I highly recommend West HVAC.
Ted and his crew were absolutely wonderful. My air went out and he was able to get to me the same day to tell me what was wrong. I had to get a new unit, and his pricing was great. He was very professional and we are so thankful to have cool air with a brand new unit that him and his crew installed. I highly recommend West HVAC!

I would recommend West HVAC to everyone needing new units replaced. He replaced both of my units in one day. And at the cost that other companies wanted for the price of replacing one.Give him a call first you want regret it.
Ted is a very likeable guy. He communicates well when he's going to arrive and get the job done quick. When there are problems on the job he does what he has to to correct and make the problem right.
We recently had to replace our 22 year old ac/heat unit. Ted made it as painless as possible. He worked us in, got it replaced in just a couple of days and at a great price. He and Kenny were very professional, they arrived when they said they would and did what they said they would do. From now on, I will definitely call them for our heat and air needs and would recommend them to anyone.
My hvac died on me 9 days after closing on my home!!! Buying a home & moving is stressful enough!! The hvac dying before I could even get settled just added to the stress. Ted made this whole process so easy. He also beat everyone else’s quotes by a long shot , showed up on time & the quality of service was above & beyond. I really cannot say enough good things about this company!

Ted is a very pleasant person. He listens to understand and has a lot of knowledge behind his work. He was helpful in answering all my questions and understanding what I wanted and needed. He gave me the best advance not to just make money off of me, like some of these other places but he provided great quality work for a great quality price. He only wants the best, you see and hear that in his work. My HVAC has been working amazing. I would really recommend him to anyone!
Came out in below freezing temperatures after hours and gave an estimate that night was back at 8am the next morning right on time and installed my unit very fast and professional and for a price that couldnt be beat will definitely recommend to anyone and will be my go to for future hvac repair and service needs
We were about to sign contract for our next home, then...come to find out both of the HVAC units were so old they could go out at anytime. He estimated they didn’t even have 1 month left on either unit! So happy he was honest and told us the legitimate time left on the units. We were on the verge of walking into a possible $15k-$17k money pit. I’ll take the bill for an HVAC inspection over that any day! Thanks West HVAC Pros!
Sunday Feb 14th my house was slowly getting colder and I knew something wasn't rite with my HVAC unit. I called West HVAC and he came out within a couple of hours, accessed the situation and informed me of my options. Ted never pressured me to get a new unit, he just informed me of the situation. (He also informed me that the electric current going to the HVAC unit wasn't adequate). I determined I would replace the unit. Ted's first available appointment would be Wednesday Feb 17th. My heating unit went totally out Sunday night, by Wednesday morning it was 36 in my house. Ted and his crew were at my house Wednesday morning by 9 as promised and by noon the new system and wiring was in. By 3pm my house was back to 68. (Ted had an electrician come out with him to run the appropriate electrical wiring, which meant I didn't have to find an electrician and have them schedule coming out also). I would definitely recommend WEST HVAC to anyone. Thank you Ted for your kindness. Jamie Outlaw
