This company ended up showing up after all in a timely manner. I appreciated their response to my needs. There customer service ended up showing up today after all.
Initially, my wife and I were skeptical of all of the five star reviews. It seems rare these days to find companies and their employees who take pride in their work and provide exceptional customer service. West Coast Heating and Air is one of those rare companies. Everyone we dealt with at West Coast Heating and Air was top notch. Tony, who we dealt with initially was great. At first, we were not sure what we were going to do since after the diagnostics, Tony said West Coast would not repair the furnace because it was too old (45 years) and therefore a hazard and liability. We ended up calling around to several other companies, two of which came out to do their own diagnostics, and they pretty much told us the same thing. We got other quotes but decided to go with West Coast mainly because Tony was so helpful. He not only gave us everything we asked for that would help us deal with our insurance company, but he took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms, didn’t try to upsell us, saved us money and explained why going with a higher seer/higher priced model was not going to be cost effective for us. In selecting the proper model for us, he was also able to qualify us for a rebate as well. While arranging the schedule and inspections, we spoke with Gabby and Syndie on different occasions, both of whom were very professional and pleasant to deal with as well. Day one: The work crew showed up in a timely manner. Ilya, David, and Habtom were very polite, professional and neat. They laid canvas cloth on the tile floor where they were going to work. They placed shoe slippers on to keep from tracking dirt inside the home. Each had a specific task and they went right to work. They were very careful about not damaging our freshly painted walls or doors. Before entering the bedrooms, they asked permission before entering. Another customer canceled and Tony & his apprentice arrived early. They were in and out in about an hour. It was the controller board now I have heat! A couple of years ago another company told me that the fan was seized and that the furnace should be replaced. I am glad I did not do that. It was serendipity, he had the board on his truck from another customer that did not need it. I now have heat! Thank you Tony!
West Coast was very professional and responsive. I called at 9:00 am and their technician was at my house shortly after noon, on time after the notification call that he was on his way. Dimitri, the service technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend West Coast to anyone with HVAC issues.
Extremely pleased with West Coast! There prompt and polite staff answered all my questions over the phone and got a technician to my house immediately! The technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very polite and attentive to my questions. Definitely will be using them in the future!

West Coast was very responsive to my request. Tony came the next day and was on time (actually requested to come earlier if convenient) which worked out great. He was professional, knowledgeable and patiently explained what he was doing. I also appreciated that he was respectful of my home by wearing foot coverings each time he entered inside and all was neat and tidy when he completed the work. Tony B. inspected my HVAC system for inconsistent airflow to certain rooms. His evaluation was honest and professional (even if I didn’t like the outcome). I appreciated his extra explanation which will help me go after my builder for construction issues. I intend to use this company again in the future.
I appreciated the call to let me know they were on their way, they were early by the way which was great. Tony was awesome. I appreciated the booties on the shoes inside the house - thank you. I also was grateful for his communication about the service that was needed and what the results would be.
Free maintenance of newly installed units, so can’t complain. The personnel was courteous, practiced social distancing, and did His job well.
West Coast was great to work with. They responded quickly and a technician was here right away. The technician took time to explain the problem. He was professional and polite. Turned out that I didn't need a repair and he didn't try and sell me one. I recommend them.
Had great and professional customer service from Dimitri. He was quick to resolve the issue and did not try to sell me on a new unit. The AC works a lot better than it did before and there is no more leak. Will only do business with them in the future.

They installed our central air system in late 2005 and its still running strong thanks to their careful maintenance. A+
Furnace roof vent got messed up when I got a new roof. West Coast quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me quickly for the repair. Sergey handled my many questions very well so I could understand the problem and why he was proposing the specific fix. He showed up in the afternoon at the beginning of the time frame specified. Years ago West Coast installed my AC - all went smoothly and it still works great!

West Coast did a great job installing our mini-split ductless heating & air conditioning system. We called 5 different contractors and West Coast gave us the best price with the same (or comparable) products that other contractors offered. The installers were very clean, they were working for 3 full days and they protected the carpet with blankets where they walked and cleaned every day after they finished. Every time when they walked inside they put on masks and fabric boots on their shoes. Overall great experience. The Fujitsu system works great.
