Professional and very knowledgeable technician(Tim) explained all the work and repairs needed for our A/C unit. Swift, and thorough work. Very reasonable after hours rate. Highly recommend in Cleveland Hts and surrounding areas.

I own several rental properties in the area and Tim at West Brother's has helped me with several repairs as well as installing a new furnace. As an out of state owner, I feel very lucky that I stumbled across Tim on a google search. The reviews I read are what lead me to call him and they were 100% accurate. If I could give Tim 10 stars I would. He is responsive, has excellent follow up, shows up when he says he will, explains the issue at hand and tells me what options I have to resolve it and tells me which one he recommends the most. It is refreshing to work with an honest man who does quality work at a fair price. Give him a call!!
Woke up to my furnace not fully functioning on a Saturday morning. Tim made it out at a reasonable time and helped explain clearly what the issue was. Tim had my furnace back on within an hour. Thank you!

Where to start? Our furnace died during a storm while we were out of town and we came home to a frozen house. We called and Tim came out at 10pm, spend an hour trying to revive our furnace, and ultimately advised us to get a new furnace. He prioritized our install for the next day and then he and Mike spend 10+ hours installing a new furnace. Both Tim and Mike are honest, hard working, responsive, and punctual professionals I would work with again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your professional service, honesty, and showing me which "wires to jiggle! :)"
Tim answered my emergency call promptly in the early hours of the morning and came to fix our heater as soon as possible. He kept us updated on his schedule and made a quick and easy repair to get our heater working again. And the price was very reasonable! Will call again.
Our HVAC Tech Tim came out on the worst day of the year weather wise with no hesitation. It took him all of 15-20 minutes to get our furnace back up and running and he educated me on the issue at the same time.

Great service! Tim was very responsive for an urgent over the weekend problem with a furnace. Tim quickly identified the problem and was very honest and fair about the solution. Tim arrived an hour after we called him. Since the house was freezing with no heat this really helped us bring the house back to a normal temperature. Tim made sure to call us when he was on its way, on site and after he identified the problem. In today's world it's really great to have a heating contractor that you can really trust. I am sure that if in the future we will have issues with our furnace, the first call will be to Tim.
When my heat went out, on a Sunday, Tim was there within hours to replace my water tank. He was very friendly and volunteered to show me how to operate the equipment and which serious hazards to watch out for. Would definitely recommend!
I called them on the morning because I thought my starter didn’t work. Tim was able to give me an afternoon appointment. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the igniter in my furnace in about 20 minutes. He even cleaned out my filters. I would definitely use them again.

For next three months 90 days of installation would call routinely to check on systems repairs. Lower cost alternatives. Actually turned away business and offered cheaper remedies.
