Very easy to work with. Wesley and his guys are very professional, explain things well, find additional issues and resolve those issues. We are very pleased with the performance of the new heating system. Would highly recommend.
A former neighbor recommended them and they had good reviews. I contacted for an appointment, and agreed to the service charge. He shows up and tells me the unit is probably low of freon and I agreed to the costs per pound of freon. While waiting for the temperatures and pressures to stabilize he says your coils may be dirty, and asks to use the hose, which I later found left in pile instead of back where it belonged. During his visit he also pushed some expensive and unnecessary 5 figure upgrades such as variable speed units etc. In fact he was rather eager to rip and replace everything. Well fast forward to when I get the bill. He charged me $90+ to rinse off the coils, which by itself is ridiculously excessive but he failed to mention the fee before doing so. Edited: Mr. Ramirez contacted me and rectified the issues. His follow up and diligence on this matter are appreciated.
Wesley was very experienced and friendly and made us feel comfortable with the services he provided .Wesley brought his crew that did a fabulous job here in Flower Mound .The inspectors wereb impressed with his work upon inspection
Wesley is great, he has saved us more than once. Our downstiairs unit, main house and bedrooms went out, he was able to troubleshoot and order parts and get it going next day. When our upstairs unit went out it sounded like a (jet taking off) same thing quick response and repair. If he is tied up he lets you know when to expect him. Honest, reliable, great pricing, gives you tips. Family man my go to guy.
I've used Wesley a couple of times. Once for maintenance checkup and another time to repair an issue with the outdoor AC unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the outcome and have recommended him to friends.

Wesley serviced my dad and step mother’s HVAC needs for years. He came to service the unit in the last two days of my father’s life. Hospice was there while he was, as well as various family and friends passing their last respects. He was perfectly professional and respectful and went above and beyond normal HVAC duties. His careful care of my parents and their needs will never be forgotten.
I had him out to evaluate why my AC was not working. He kept interrupting our conversation to answer calls. Was not very respectful. Pushed a new unit hard, pushed Wells Fargo financing. Very hard sale. Look man, I understand, but seriously...
Will charge you $93.75 to spray your condenser with a hose for a few seconds and pretend it’s an extra service. With also respond rudely if you question this charge being on the bill.

Wesley is a stand-up guy. I had 5 ton unit on its last dying breath. Other providers wanted to replace my entire cooling and heating system. Wesley figured out how to replace only what really needed to be replaced at a better price. I still had him price out replacing my entire system and that was cheaper also. Will 100% work with Wesley again in the future. I highly recommend him.

Life Saver! I heard about HVAC technicians in uniform charge 100$ just for inspecting the unit and also will give an estimate which is definitely over quoted but Wesley is different, a very honest guy , doesn't oversell and he knows what he is talking. I called Wesley to inspect one of the AC units and he spend around an hour to check the complete unit and gave his recommendation. I went by his recommendation to replace a furnace and the work did by him and the team was too good! A city inspector also gave double thumbs up after inspection and that explains the quality of his work. I recommend Wesley for any HVAC work and he is my go to guy !
About 6 weeks ago, I called Wesley for a second opinion after receiving a quote for $6,000 to have one of my AC units replaced from another company. So glad I called him! I called him on a Friday evening and he came out on Saturday morning to take a look at it. After about 15 minutes he had the unit working like new by replacing a small part that had gone bad. Because of his honesty and expertise I saved thousands of dollars. I had another unit that was leaking refrigerant and had him replace the evaporator coil which he was able to do at a very reasonable price. Today, I woke up to a steaming hot kitchen and living room. Another one of my units was acting up (I have a total of four) and I immediately texted Wesley. He was out within a couple of hours and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. I have a home warranty and didn't even bother calling them because they send the worst technicians out that seem to create more problems than they fix. Wesley is really just a good guy doing good work. If you need your HVAC fixed or need a new one, definitely do yourself a favor and call him!
I had my evaporator coil and condenser replaced this past May when my compressor finally died. As my compressor used the older R-22 refrigerant, I had to replace the evaporator coil as well since the system needed to be upgraded to the new standards. I received several quotes and Mr. Ramirez was very reasonably priced and worked within my budget. He gave me several options on how to upgrade. The installation was done in a timely manner and the quality of the install was excellent. I am very pleased with the end result. The work area was also cleaned up and left better in better condition than it started. I would use him again for my HVAC needs.
I have never had as professional, quality, and speedy as response as I did with Wesley. Called in morning and same day at 12 noon on the money he was there and repaired within the hour. This is my go to guy for my ac issues anytime. All I could say was wow when it came time to pay him for his services. My wife was mad when I said, is that all it cost. My family knew our AC/heat system was on its last leg and needed to be replaced. We had done some minor repairs with a different local repair guy to our system over the summer, but were very unhappy with the service. After that experience, we asked our friends for recommendation. We got quotes from the three highest recommended businesses, and we chose Wesley Ramirez HVAC. We already had an idea of what kind of system we were looking for after freezing in the winter months. We wanted a heat pump system, but were unsure about the seer rating and price. A family member with an AC/heat business in the north recommended installing a larger air handler than compressor, which would increase the seer rating. I spoke with Wesley about this option and he was very knowledgeable. The other two businesses were not willing to quote this option. They only wanted to recommend, sale, and install their system setups and extras like more duct work and another intake. Wesley was our choice because he was the only one who gave us what we were looking for. He worked with our schedule and explained everything on the system, about the seer ratings, and the quotes. He is very professional, friendly, and respectful. He also gave us options on systems showing us the good, better, and best system options. I really appreciated that he did not do the two-hour high-pressure sales pitch the other businesses put me through! Our 16-seer heat pump system was installed in February 2013. The installation went great and was done in one day. It has been about 9 months and we have had no problems. We highly recommend Wesley Ramirez HVAC for any and all AC/heat needs.
