Mike is always informative and responsive. The system he installed late last fall has proven to be a champ at cooling AND keeping our electric bill low.
My AC stopped working over the weekend and I was told by another company that I was going to have to replace my AC. I almost did it before deciding I should get a second opinion. I was told by a friend to call Wesley Chapel AC. Mike came out and educated me that all I needed was a new relay switch. I have no idea about anything about air conditioners so he could have easily taken advantage of me if he wanted to. The job was done in about 20 minutes and he saved me thousands of dollars and earned a customer for life. Thank you Wesley Chapel AC for your honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Somebody who actually cares about what they do is something to be valued these days. Mike took time to educate me and guide me in what needed to be done to get my AC working right without pressuring us into replacing things that didn't need to be changed. Highly recommended.
Mike is a true pro. Kind, knowledgeable and reliable. Our entire Ac system was acting up. He performed a full service but it still was having issues. He called round on two separate occasions and never charged us a dime all the while performing a trial and error type diagnosis. As a criminal justice major I loved that! He came back and successfully concluded it was an issue with the fan motor. Performed a much needed repair and it is working perfectly! Saved us so much money and stress. I can’t recommend this guy enough. He should be the only pro you call when your system is on the blink.

I called Mike to come give an estimate on fixing our heat system (our a/c works just fine) or replacing the whole unit if not able to be fixed. He was at my house within 20 minutes of the call!!!! Talk about RESPONSE TIME! I've gotten 2 other quotes in the last 2 days & both were to replace the system saying it wasn't able to be fixed. Mike FIXED my heat problem and I didn't have to spend the money for a new system! He is very honest, very nice gentleman and explained everything to me in detail so that I could understand what was going on. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME to come out & fix our problem!!!!! He is a true honest & fair man. When it is time to replace our unit, we will definitely be calling Mike. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel A/C Company & the owner Mike! What a stand up guy!

Mike agreed on a Saturday early afternoon around one or so to come out and take a look at a malfunctioning AC unit at one of our rental properties. He told me it would be later in the day but that he would take care of it so that hearing from him all day I checked back with him around 7 o’clock because it was getting late only to find out that he came to our property and because the tenant didn’t run out to the driveway and open the gate for him he decided not to come and service the unit. Think about it was I left Mike specific instructions. I told him that the gate would be left unlocked but closed and I left him a door code and we offered to pre-pay him so when he comes he sat in his truck never got out never open the gate made no attempt on getting someone to open the gate for him if he was unable to roll it back which my six-year-old daughter can do and he made no attempt to give me a call. Think about it was he was left instructions on how to access the unit and he didn’t even bother to give us a call which we could’ve at that time or earlier call somebody else who actually could’ve done the job without being such a spoiled brat just because no one ran to open the gate for him I mean he could’ve at least gotten out of his truck and asked if he was at the right place or any effort would’ve been great so to me he’s totally unprofessional and I would not recommend somebody that is this lazy it is definitely a red flag.

Mike is a great guy. I have an older unit and system which can be interesting to maintain. He's super honest with his diagnosis and recommendations.

Found Mike a few years ago when our AC quit working and 2 other companies said we needed a 2 new AC systems for our 2 story. He came out the same day and fixed the problem. Hes been my AC guy ever since! He is honest, reliable, professional, and goes through all the processes so I can understand how my ac works. I cannot recommend him enough!! Thank you Mike!!
Highest Praise for Mike and Wesley Chapel A/C. I called him late on a Fri. afternoon to check my mothers air conditioner problem. He tried to fix the problem but found the system was shot (an 18 year old AC original to the house). When he knew he could not fix the air conditioner over the weekend he immediately went home and brought over a portable air conditioner for my mother to use so she could stay in the house safely due to the heat. He advised me each step of the way on ordering the new system, installation l, product registration and clean up. Great service and would happily recommend for future service.

One thing is for certain, but two things are a for sure, Mike is the constant professional always above and beyond.(“The only A/C service authorized to touch anything A/C related,“....Commanding Officer,Admiral Wife ...4 Star) He’s not concerned about squeezing every dollar from every time out of customers ...as Example of this was my “second time “he has provided me instructions over the phone on what to do with a problem I was experiencing. Again how many would have just taken the money for the call out fee and Service charge for a simple solution? Rare in today’s ever changing climate... Just wanted to make everyone else aware There is a standup dude out here providing top notch professional service... Wesley Chapel A/C, Always keep it 1000!
Called him to take a look at a rattling noise on my AC condenser unit, didn't have the part. I already had an idea of what the issue was. He told me where to buy the part, and how to replace it my self. Didn't charge me.
