They get two stars because they were cool in my face and I thought knowledgeable... But they did my family and I wrong. They came out to look at my Furnace via 2-10 Home Warranty. They "fixed" the control panel. Still my system overheated and turned off before the house got to even 65 degrees... But because it turned on and worked normally for 10-15 minutes they reported back to the insurance that there were "no mechanical failures"... This was AFTER they told me that they would report it as needing to be replaced. Then, when I asked them to come out and wait long enough to watch it turn off before it actually worked... They said, we don't have time... Their integrity in that situation sucked and could cost us $5000 we shouldn't have to pay as we paid for insurance!
I went outside asked what was he doing,because there was spray coming out of pipe. He told me i need 900 lbs of freon and it would cost 900.00. This was one week after everyone got the 1200 dollars from the government i told him i didn't have it. That summer it worked fine. All he did was trip the switch to on. I caught him before he let all the freon out. He was sent by American homes shield

My furnace went out during the big snow storm. I was able to contact weatherwise and they were able to get me on their schedule the same day I called them. Very professional and friendly staff. Was able to pinpoint the problem right away and get my furnace up in running within 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend!!!!

These guys are awesome! Called them about an issue with my AC unit, and they were able to get me in the next day. Scott came out and he was great! He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. Conveniently he had the parts in his truck. Way to be prepared! Only took him about 30 minutes to replace the parts, and then we were back up and running. Very courteous and respectful, he deserves a raise! Couldn't be happier with my experience with Weatherwise, will be calling for all HVAC needs!

I have used Weatherwise twice in the past year. Once for our air conditioner and another time for our heating system. Both times I received fast, friendly, and reliable service. Our AC stopped working shortly before the 4th of July weekend. I and visions of a hot weekend and trouble getting repairs made on short notice. The gang at Weatherwise were able to work us into their rout the very next morning. Fond the problem. Fixed the problem. We were up and running by noon and our dinner plans with friends at the house went on as planned. 10/10. Would recommend.
Scott has very professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem that others missed and fixed it quickly and without saying we needed a new motor. I highly recommend Scott and Weatherwise.

Weatherwise personal contacted me very soon after my insurance company authorized the job on my central air system. A very competent and pleasant repair man arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and was finished replacing the thermostat in an hour. I am by nature a critical person and was totally satisfied with Weatherwise LLC.
Scott was very kind and personable. He made a great effort to get to our house before the weekend which was much appreciated. He was able to spot the problem very quickly. A different company who had come three times to fix our furnace this past winter, replaced something with the wrong part, which effected our A/C’s ability to function correctly. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed that we were able to secure an appointment quickly and efficiently. The fact that the tech indulged our barking dog with a scratch of the ears to calm her was a plus!
My technician was able to get to my place within a day. He took great precautionary measures during these trying times. He quickly completed the work and thoroughly explained the problem and how to avoid it again in the future. I would 10/10 recommend.
