This company has come to my rescue so many times, on my personal home and rental properties, They are always Dependable,Quick, Very Professional. They tell you up front what you need and if they can, they will layout the best options to save you money, Not to mention they treat you like family, that alone says alot about a company. REALLY CANT GO WRONG HERE!!
pitiful. tried charging me for a board that they fried by crosswireing. not trustworthy at all.
Called at 8 am to request service and they were at the house within a few hours. He explained what he needed to do, gave me options and got it done. Great work, reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend!

Very upfront and honest about what the issues are and how much it’ll cost to fix them (breakdowns of why things cost what they cost, fair labor, discount clubs, etc)! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a heating and air technician!

Our entire hvac system failed and had to be replaced due to the previous owner jerry-rigging and welding different parts together unbeknownst to us until it was to late. Our service technician William was very responsive and on time and we appreciated his candor and transparent honesty. We spoke with the owner Travis, again our experience was honest communication and efforts to find a solution for us and making the best of the situation with what we felt comfortable doing. These are rare qualities we have experienced since moving to this area for service related help. Keep up the good work ethic guys, it shows!
Commercial Air has provided service to our home several times since we purchased our 1967 built home. Due to the age of our HVAC we decided to replace our HVAC system and Commercial Air was our logical choice. They arrived and worked non-stop to get the system installed. They didn’t even stop for lunch. Travis and crew are always professional and attentive to our concerns. We will continue to use Commercial Air to service our HVAC needs.

My wife called and left a message because our a/c wasn't blowing cold. Within the hour William called and set up a time to come. When he came in, looked at the inside unit after asking a few questions and knew exactly what it was. After about 15 minutes he had our air blasting cold again. He also gave us a few suggestions to help us out with basic maintenance. We will definitely be using them again when needed, because they are also friendly on your pocketbook. Oh yeah, other companies that she called said they were not accepting any new customers, so with that being said, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CALL ANYONE ELSE.
Had a AC issue inside our company building during the heat of this summer, temperatures reaching almost 90 inside the store when the system broke down. i contacted this business and had pleasant conversation with quick answers oh helping us. They were very professional and quick to help us get our store cooled off. Along with fixing our system they also took the time to help me learn about the parts they had worked on so i had comfort in what i was spending money on. The kindness and professional work definitely has won our respect and business. thanks again peeps 5*
Called at 9am on a Monday Morning for outside unit fan not spinning - was at the house within 2 hours and had the part on the truck - cold air moving within 30 min. Highly Recommend!
