Contacted WMS via their website to schedule an estimate for installation of a new split HVAC system. Received a confirmation email. Called to confirm the appointment, as the appointment was in less than 24 hours. Received no answer, no call-back, nor did anyone show up or follow-up to my online request.
I called them for regular HVAC maintenance and the customer service was excellent. When the technicians arrived, they did a great job and even gave me some tips on how to properly use my system. Definitely recommend Watson's Mechanical Solutions!
