I'm appalled by the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this "business" towards senior citizens. The owner lacks common courtesy. Promised a one year warranty on labor and service, as soon as issues presented themselves, I get a text message saying "don't call again." I fully intend to seek legal counsel.
I have had Warrendale service my personal residence and also a few rentals. Always on time, professional service, work is 100% thorough and complete Would use their service again and often, my go to HVAC company Thank you!
my husband and I are senior citizens over 70 years old, we trusted this guy to install a heating system for us. He tuned out to be unprofessional, non-responsive, he ignored our calls and voice mails. We called him 19 times, and left 3 voice mails because we had an emergency situation with the heating system he installed. After the 19 times and 3 voice mails, he texted us saying: "Don't call me again". Our advice for every folks out there, stay away from this crook, don't deal with him, he is set to do business the right way.
my wife and I called him 15 times during the weekend because we had no heat in some rooms. On top of that, my wife left at least 2 messages. then he finally sent me the attached message saying DO NOT call me again
Honestly horrible customer service!!! I was shocked. They were horrible and didn’t respond to my calls avoiding the issue!!! I’m so disappointed!!!!! -100100000/10 horrible!! Do not recommend!!
He was punctual and he did a great job after somebody had. Done a job that was not supposed to be done. Right? I was happy with the service and would use again and would recommend it to anybody.
