I had a fantastic experience with Warnock's today. I bought a house last year with some old AC units that were struggling to cool the house. I had 2 other companies come out last year and try to fix it. Unfortunately the problems persisted. I found Warnock via a referral and I'm so glad I did. They were on time, professional, and, most importantly, fixed the issue. Josh (the technician) was thorough in explaining the issue, and even helped me understand how my system and ducting works along the way. I would highly recommend them!
Warnock was advised for me to use through my Home Warranty company. They diagnosed my AC issue and repaired the issue within a week. I decided to get a new HVAC unit altogether because the age of the system. They gave me the best price out of ALL other Savannah options and my system works perfectly. I really appreciate y’all.

When my heat pump went out, I contacted a number of local and big name HVAC companies that service our area. (Guyton, GA) Warnock’s Conditioned Air LLC was the first that replied, and since that are local to us, they were able to come troubleshoot and give us a quote with multiple options right away. After getting multiple quotes, my AC started working just good enough to postpone replacement. A few days before I was slated to go out of town, the AC completely quit. I reached out to Warnock’s Conditioned Air LLC with intentions of moving forward with a removal and replacement, and they were able to get the parts in and start work at my house two days later. The technicians were thorough in explaining what all they were doing and what to expect, and Mr. Warnock himself was always a phone call away to answer any questions. After work was completed, Mr. Warnock came to my home the same day to inspect everything his technicians did. All was found to be in optimum order and the system has worked flawlessly since replacement. The pricing was also VERY fair while compared to other quotes I got. All in all I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC work you need performed.
Warnock’s repaired my AC quickly without pushing extras or trying to tack on any unnecessary services. Josh (the owner) handled everything professionally, honestly, and clearly explained everything and any potential future warning signs. Warnock’s will definitely be the company I recommend to anyone in the Savannah area.
Our AC finally took its last breath on a hot Friday afternoon. Saturday, Mr. Warnock was there to give us some answers. That Monday morning his crew was in our home putting in a much needed new system. They were so quiet, I slept through most of the work. (Night shift nurse) They went the extra mile when they did the whole house duct cleaning. I couldn’t be happier with our new AC and heat pump. Our house is nice and cool now, with nice clean air circulating! 5 star people providing 5 star performance.
Called on a Monday, was set up for a 3-5 pm window on Tuesday. Technician (Sean B.) was able to work us in by noon, quickly diagnosed the issue (capacitor) and had it fixed within half an hour. Went the extra mile after the repair to make sure everything was accurately charged and performing correctly. House was cool within the hour. Would absolutely use this company, especially Sean, again.
Ryan showed me the problem, which another company did not reconnect my wires. Service was excellent along with getting my air conditioning unit back running properly.

Our A/C went out on a Friday afternoon. We called and they quickly came out and had us cooling again in no time. We decided to replace our unit due to age, we were given a fair price, quality workmanship and timely service. I would highly recommend Warnock's for your system needs.

Let me put it this way...Two other AC Companies came out first and couldn't resolve the issue; In fact, they made it worse. The company repaired our A/C system by replacing heater core, new duct work and quieting down a noisy air handling unit at a fraction of the cost other heating and air service companies wanted. Honest and Dependable something hard to find now days. Thank for a job well done.
