Always professional and do a great job.
Shane earned our complete faith and trust several years ago with our first house after we had three other companies come out and try to take full advantage of us. Recommended by our realtor, Shane was a great find and very fair--willing to educate me and find a solution with a $10 part (we tipped him a lot) when others had flat out lied and proved incompetent (good thing I'm not completely stupid about this stuff), he turned a $4,500 fix into a $100 fix and offered to reduce his bid for a whole new system by the $100 if it failed after a few weeks. It worked and still works after 3 years! Simply the best. Years later I referred him to my mom (who else but the best for my mom!) and it makes me remember/realize that I do need to add some caveats. 1) The company, Warner Heating & Air, is Shane and often only one helper so time scheduling can be tough with new system installs or big jobs--it'll likely take weeks before he can start new installs (or longer/never) but he's as prompt as he can be at fixes it seems. He is transparent and upfront about this and is willing to discuss alternatives with you. 2) This might be because of the previous caveat, but sometimes it randomly takes Shane several days or a week to reply/schedule a time. Maybe he'll find a way to expand the company someday, but for now be aware of these limitations. Perhaps there was some miscommunication, but my mom hasn't gotten a quote or price range in nearly 4 weeks from Shane though he said he'd give her a price estimate--also telling her he probably doesn't have the man-power to complete her job. Now I'm asking other companies if they're willing to offer a ballpark price while my mom seems to have given up on the idea of switching her house to central air/heating. I haven't gotten a reply to clarify why he hasn't done what he said he'd do, but it has been disappointing. Time may tell, but here's me moving on unless we get any updates. Larger companies can usually finish a new system over a weekend
Super awesome customer service! I tried calling a few other places before these guys and no one was nearly as flexible and willing to work with my busy schedule as Warner! The guy showed up within the estimated time frame and was able to find the problem with our furnace really quick and fix it. Definitely going with these guys again the next time I need something done.
Got to us same day. Honest (could have easily charged us more, as the part I thought was bad wasn't. ) professional and friendly.

Shane installed our new HVAC system, he was very professional and had a fair price. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for HVAC work! We previously had a swamp cooler and no AC unit, so we had him install a new 95% furnace and a new AC unit. He is very friendly and polite, which is a must when you have someone working in your home.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful customer service! We called needing our furnace repaired in the dead of winter. It turns out the furnace was installed incorrectly. Rather than easily taking advantage of our situation, the technician was incredibly considerate and honest. The repair was rather painless, and cost far less than expected. I highly recommend the folks at Warner Heating.
I have received service from these guys on a couple of occasions, once to do the green sticker adjustment on my furnaces and the other time to disconnect/reconnect my AC Compressor so I could have the slab under it re-poured. They turned up when they said they would, and charged very fair prices. Polite, friendly and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommended.
I called at 8:49 am, they were at my house by 9:00, AC fixed by 9:45, back at work by 10:00. Quick service, fair price. Can't ask more. Thanks!
