I have a long list of reasons to give them 1 star. The service man was rude. He never told me he was coming, just showed up at my door. He broke the seal on my attic door, closed the door, looked at it, looked at me and walked outside without saying a wor . Then just drove away. I haven't heard back from them. And NO my air still doesn't work!!
Do not trust this company they're nothing but dishonest people who do dishonest work.
Kevin and his guys have been very helpful, quick to work with our crazy schedule, and honest. I appreciate them and their work to get my family cooled off in this summer heat! Thank you for coming so quickly! I would definitely pick them again before I call any of other HVAC companies (3) that have been to my house this year!
They did the heat and air in our new house. When we got ready to run the heat there was no gas line ran to lt wonder how they tested it. Since then the unit has a bad leak and it has to be charged twice to make a summers use. When it does cool th back of the house is about 10 degrees hotter than the front.whe you run the heat in the winter it makes a loud bang every time it shuts off because it doesn’t have enough return air ducts. When the house was under the builders warranty the service tech they sent out would have made a better fry cook. Now we are battling a heat and unit in a 3 year old house. Stay away from these people
The person who was sent out to service my air conditioner NEVER removed the housing to check the freon and clean out the condenser....and they left the unit full of leaves...they charged me 85. to do nothing more than squirt water through the housing from the outside. I was basically conned and nothing was done. I'll never call them back again after this. Plus they were three days late and never called to let me know. The owner (Kevin) tried telling me his guy would've checked the freon on an exterior port. There was NO exterior port. The port is inside the housing so how could he check the freon without removing the housing? Not possible. I'm no fool and don't appreciate being treated like one.Very disappointed in their service.
