Came back from a work trip recently and woke up in the middle of the night with the house at 77 degrees. I was unsuccessful in my trouble shooting, so I called Ward Heating and Cooling first thing in the morning on a Sunday. Tom and Lynn were super responsive, reviewed any troubleshooting that I may have missed before they came, and discussed alternative affordable repairs. Tom ended up coming out and saw that the capacitor needed to be replaced. After replacing it, testing the temperatures and reviewing preventive maintenance with me, Tom was on his way. My family and I can’t thank Ward Heating and Cooling enough and recommend them for all heating and cooling services!

Thomas Ward came out to my home and after an awful experience with another company he helped my 2 ton A/C unit in the middle of a heat wave continue to work so I could get through my last summer without having to spend $8500 on a new unit. He was on time, responsive and answered all of my insane questions as a new homeowner. I couldn’t give anymore praise to him and his company.

Tom is amazing and super professional. Came out to fix a leak on our boiler on Memorial Day. Called at 830am, he was here at 9am. Fixed by 1030am. Super happy and they just gained a new lifelong customer
I am SO glad I decided to try Ward! I had no prior relationship, but I called on a Saturday and Lynn was super helpful, gave me thoughtful advice, and was accomodating while I thought things through and changed my mind about next steps! In no time, Tom arrived, got my boiler running, explained everything he did, and answered all my questions with honesty and wisdom. If I hadn't made that call, I would have given the other company $11k for something I didn't need and spent at least another week aggravated by their salespitching and opportunism. I will stick with Ward from now on!
On a Friday evening I noticed that our hot water heater wasn't clicking on. I called up Ward on Saturday morning, they had Tom there before noon and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. Even though it was an emergency call on the weekend, the price was still reasonable. Tom was really helpful and talked me through what was going on. I really appreciate the quick response and fix over the weekend and I will be using this company in the future!
This company is outstanding! I called and had someone at my house within hours. Tom went out of his way to fix the issue without me having to call an electrician. He is professional and his knowledge is mind blowing. I highly recommend his company and will always use Ward Heating and Cooling in the future!

Instant service, courteous staff
Less than 24 hours after our water heater broke, Ward Heating and Cooling were in our home installing a new one! Their response time (on a Saturday) was instant! They even came out on a Sunday morning for the installation. They were professional, courteous, and quick, as we had our hot water back by lunchtime. Their price was also great, nearly $1,200 less than another quote we had been given. Thank you!

10/10 recommend Ward Heating and Cooling for all your needs! I reached out for repair assistance on my heating system and in less than 24 hours I had someone at my front door. They were incredibly responsive and attentive from the moment I reached out until the repair was complete. Then, after they completed my repair (at a very fair price) I mentioned my family member needed assistance on a heating system installation, so I was able to put them in direct contact for a quick appointment. I had my newer furnace cleaned with Ward for the first time a few weeks ago. Through absolutely no fault of their own, they had to come back out twice since .... both times, they (including Lynn in the office) went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I am happy to finally have a great, local, reliable go to company for heating and cooling needs!
