Very professional firm. The seasoned workers found all my electrical problems throughout my residential home. Have used them before for repairs at my 3 restaurants and I’m am always satisfied.
To give you an idea before you call : the repair was more expensive than a new condenser for our AC. The repair guy was pushy and was not clear as to what he was charging me for. Unless NO ONE else can provide the service, I do not recommend. One positive note, he is fast

Replaced dryer outlet and got everything working very quickly. Also replaced breaker free of charge after noticing issues with it. Very professional and incredibly polite. Highly recommend!
Prompt, polite and fun to talk to. Trouble shoot my problem and gave us options. Arrived on time and called prior to coming. Fully satisfied with all their work will use again.
Highly regret ever calling. Demanded $125 up front for trip fee and refused to have any sense of social interaction. When finally giving in to go get credit card, he just drives away and leaves. This guys just running around trying to collect money from people. Guy probably doesn’t even know how to change a lightbulb. hope he brings us to court like he says he would. Would make my day
Absolutely a horrible company. Total rip-off. Ignorant and rude owner. Do yourself a favor and look around for another electrician
If you're really, really desperate and don't care how much it's going to cost then call these guys. I'm appreciative they came out on short notice, but I do feel taken because they're not up front about costs. They only mentioned the diagnostic fee of $125 on the phone, and that's really just to come into your house and have you explain the issue to them. They don't charge by the hour, they charge a very expensive flat fee (in my case $640) that you only find out about after you're on the hook for $125. Read the comments and you'll see they respond saying that "emergency" services are expensive, well they never describe it as "emergency services" when you call them so you think you're calling a regular electrician. It's lying by omission. The technician sounded relieved when he said I was cool because I didn't yell at him like most customers. I guess most people don't like their racket. $830 total for 10 minutes of work.

DO NOT USE. Wish I would have seen these reviews before they returned my phone call. (also see company reviews on BBB, where they are not accredited). Like others I was in an emergency situation. Waldron returned my call, said they would waive the trip fee, which they did not. Charged me 1936.40 to replace a main breaker. When I told them I could have an entire electrical upgrade for this amount, Tom's reply was, "Not on a Saturday, at 22 degrees, the week before deer season". The emergency was the weekend before Thanksgiving week on a particularly cold snap.
DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY! I was charged over $400 for the technician to “diagnose” my problem by saying he didn’t know what the problem was. No repairs were made. It was originally over $700 but he refunded a portion because I was visibly angry and complained. It’s rough being robbed by a company this close to Christmas.
They did an awesome job on all my repairs!
They came and fixed my flickering lights and the bill was reasonable. Workers were very professional. Would highly recommend.
DO NOT EVER use this “company”. They are scam artists and totally unprofessional, swearing and calling names to customers. Tom the “supervisor” is the one who called me names and scammed us for a $975 diagnostic fee, $125 “entrance” fee… for him to not even solve the problem. There was then an additional $375 charge on our card. He called my phone and sent threatening messages to press criminal charges bc i filed a complaint. Anyone who already hasn’t the BBB, the BBB will be looking into them and their scams and lack of professionalism. There is several people at this point that are getting their cases together and hopefully getting to the bottom on this scam and stopping this company from doing this to vulnerable people.

Great service, two guys arrived on time, one did the furnace work, the other performed electrical repairs. Performed awesome job!’
They know their stuff, but are very expensive. I ended up fixing the problem myself and they did diagnostics that had nothing to do with the problem. Yes they fixed it, they looked at stuff for no reason to up charge, but I said yes because I didn't know the house. Next time I'm calling another electrician. The owner, Tom who also fixed my issue, who also came by got into a screaming match with my wife on the phone and threatened to press charges on her for calling which I wasn't a fan of. He still has not gotten back to me, but the worst is the disrespect from this business owner to my wife.
They arrived earlier than scheduled, very professional, sympathetic, and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommended!
One outlet in our house was not working. I checked the breaker and it was not that. So I called Waldron Electric. Just to walk in my door it cost $150 , understood. If he had to flip the breaker it would cost $375, Yo. To trouble shoot the breaker $975, What! You have to sign a bunch of papers. So to save ourselves from these ridiculous fees, he left without touching a thing in the house, and wouldn't discuss what he thought it might be. And we paid $150. Very frustrating. A racket! I'd give no Stars if I could.
