Can’t beat the customer service and response. Had an issue with my AC not cooling on a Friday evening. Owner responded had it fixed almost immediately so we didn’t have to go all weekend in the heat. Would recommend VOVO to everyone who appreciates quality at a fair price.
Alex inspected my furnace and water heater at my rental property. He made the entire process simple and easy while also being very kind and knowledgable. Very very happy I found him and plan to use him moving forward.
Alex came out to check our furnace and AC units after a big name company told me I needed to replace both. He checked everything and fixed a small problem on our AC in no time! There was no need to replace our units! Alex is the best and very professional and now has customers for life!

Alex installed a natural gas heater in my garage in less than 7 hours. That includes hanging the unit, running all the wiring, installing thermostat, exhaust and running the gas pipe. I put it off for 4.5 years because I thought it was going to be extremely expensive but Vovo was more than affordable and he didn’t exceed his initial estimate which was important to me. Was very timely and polite and communication was great. Will be using for all my heating and cooling needs!

Alex was out to our home to inspect our AC and furnace within 24 hours of reaching out to him. After being told by another HVAC professional that we needed to replace our furnace and likely our AC, we were expecting the worst. Alex identified some issues that he was able to fix while here and talked my husband and I through everything he did. Coming from a house with a boiler for heating and a mini split for cooling, the information he shared with us about our furnace and AC was very helpful and useful for future maintenance of our system. Instead of replacing our furnace, Alex will be coming out to make repairs in the fall before we turn our heat back on. We appreciated Alex’s professionalism, taking the time to explain and show us what he was doing, and the honesty in his assessments (he could have easily made a lot more money off of us). We would highly recommend Vovo for all of your heating and cooling needs.
VOVO heating and cooling does great work! Furnace went out and within 24 hours I had a new furnace installed, working great and at a great cost. Alex noticed some other issues and pointed me in the right direction for repairs without trying to upsell a bunch of unnecessary things like a lot of companies do. Highly recommended for any and all HVAC needs.
I called Alex and he was out right away to install my HEIL furnace. he did a great job, was easy to work with and HALF the price of the big name companies.
Alex does quality work, is affordable, and honest. I have used his services for many years now and I have recommended him to many of my family and friends for their heating and cooling needs. I'm a new homeowner and not very knowledgeable with these type of things. I would have to say that vovo is definitely the most honest contractor I've worked with. Not to mention their professionalism and punctuality. I have a pretty busy schedule, so being punctual is very important to me when it comes to business, and that they had it on the dot. I'm very appreciative, as well as my mother. We are very happy with the outcome of the project we gave them and how effective the installment came to be after the fact it was done.
