Alex and his team did an amazing job installing the new AC unit. They were timely and very clean. Could not tell they had worked in my home, except for the new unit.
Erik and his guys did an amazing job installing our air. He was also very helpful with all the questions I had about using our new thermostat. Excellent work and excellent customer service, I highly recommend using their services!
Highly recommend 100 stars I woke up the other morning and my house was 76 degrees, super hot and I know it was just going to get hotter throughout the day and sure enough around the afternoon my house was 86°. I was worried about All these companies charging me an arm and a leg are not being able to see me that day. I saw a ad on Facebook for these guys and man they responded fast, They came out the same evening and Did a whole diagnostics on my a/c unit and found the problem within 1 hour. These people are awesome! My kids are at home because of summer break and I was worried about them being in that heat. The guy that came out to my house, His name was Alex. Real nice guy and he was straightforward, he told me where's the unit, Let me get started. Highly recommend. I already recommend it to all my family and I also signed up for their monthly plan they had. I'm never going with any other company again. Thank you Alex.

Guys showed up ahead of time. Highly informative throughout the entire process of each step they were taking. Took good care of not damaging the property - even wore booties each and every time they came inside from outside the house (more than 10x).

My a/c wasn’t working and I called around for quotes. Vortex was reasonably priced and honest with what needed to be repaired. Another company tried to sell me on a new unit when my unit is only 3 years old. That would have been costly. Eric did a great job explaining every step of the way and worked diligently. My neighbor had the same problem with her unit and I recommended she call Eric. I love how they wore shoe covers in the house and also cleaned up the unit and area. It was very dusty and dirty since it’s a new build. Great customer service!!!

Definitely the best A/C service I have experienced. I have dealt with other companies and had horrible experiences. Was recommended to this company by a friend and I was surprised how fast my A/C system replaced. Technician was very professional and knew what he was doing for sure 10 out of 10!
Excellent service I had my a/c go out on me due to the motor blower going out, Erik from vortex came out detected the issue quickly and got it up and running, also cleaned out the condenser outside and it’s running better than ever, without this Texas heat my ac is now able to keep up and cool down my house without any problems!!! Will be recommending them to my friends and family and will be using them in the future!!
