Vogl Direct was very responsive, super professional, listened to my concerns and provides a very fair price without price gouging like the bigger "local" companies. Came over same day for an appointment, gave me all of my options and saved me $2700 from a competitor at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely be using them for future HVAC needs.

We are so happy with Vogl Direct. They were able to instal our new AC the NEXT day after learning it needed to be replaced. Very quick and amazing at communicating. Absolutely choose these guys for your heating and air needs!
I would use this company again and again. Our heater went out sometime in the night, they were at our house by 11 am when I called at 9 am. They were very professional and personable.
This has been the best experience so far in my short time of owning my first home! I submitted a request, these guys we at my house, furnace fixed, and gone within 1 hour of the submission!! They worked phenomenal with my home warranty. I'd recommend these guys any day they were awesome! I'm finally warm again..
Zach Vogl was amazing! When I decided to add vents and ducts to my basement, I prepared myself for a large expense. When Zach came over to give me an estimate, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable his pricing was. I also appreciated his knowledge, and suggestions, on what would be best for my needs. Once I decided to go ahead with the job, which was pretty much the next day, he put me on his schedule. No wait! He did a great job! My only regret, is that I didn’t find Vogl Direct sooner. I will 110% recommend this company to friends, family, and anyone that’s looking for an honest and reliable company!! Can’t wait to have him start on my next project, a Whole House Humidifier! So refreshing in today’s world, to find someone I can trust. Thanks Zach!!
Vogl Direct was great to work with. We had done enough research already of time to know what part we needed. They made sure that they had it in stick and got us in next day. They were professional and polite. And so far the part has corrected our problem!
Zach and his team did a fantastic job. They evaluated our current systems (which were 20 years old) and made recommendations to add another return vent to provide better air flow throughout the home. Installed a new furnace, A/C and iWave air cleaner in less than 5 hours. Can't say enough about these guys. Can't go wrong with them. Totally trustworthy and professional in every way!

Vogl Direct came out the same day that I called them, within 6 hours in fact. They fixed my A/C that a precious company told me I was going to have to replace. I’m extremely happy and will be recommending them moving forward.
The technician that serviced our HVAC was awesome! Technician from another company (all utah plumbing) was trying to scalp us since we were young homeowners and told us we needed to replace the whole system. Something felt off about that technician so I called silverback and they sent out a technician from vogl. It felt as if he figured out the problem in 10 seconds and it was a blown fuse. So thankful he was able to fix it!
Huge shout out and thank you to Zach with Vogl Direct Heating and Air. We noticed this morning our AC unit wasn't functioning properly within 1 hour and 20 minutes of our call, Zach had already been to our home and fixed the issue. Amazing customer service, super nice and friendly. We saw previous reviews and Zach met and exceeded our expectations. Best part we got to support a local and veteran business. We will definitely be using Vogl again for our Heating and AC needs. Thank you.
Vogl Direct Heating and Air is awesome! I used them for the first time this evening and I’ll always use them in the future. This evening, I noticed that the air blowing through our system wasn’t cold and the fan wasn’t blowing. Thanks to this group, I knew about Vogl and messaged him. He was at my house within 25 minutes and had the entire problem resolved within 20 minutes! Zack is awesome! Super nice and very fair! I highly recommend them for anything related to heating and AC. Plus he’s local to EM, which I love as well. Thanks again Zack and Vogl Direct Heating & Air!!!
I reached out to Vogl for assistance with my HVAC and they were very quick to respond. They got me in their schedule quickly and were very kind and understanding when a scheduling issue arose on our end. I was impressed by their professionalism and honesty. We were recently introduced to the owner of this company and have been blown away at the level of communication and quick response. Companies like these are so busy especially here in Utah and yet they go above and beyond for their clients. We won’t hire anyone else for HVAC. They know their stuff and will help set you up for HVAC that lasts. Quality>quantity
Zach was awesome. In and out in 15 minutes. I called him and we was able to come and fix the problem within the hour. I would definitely recommended and will 100% use him in the future!
Amazing and quick customer service! We called multiple companies on a Sunday/holiday weekend and no one was willing to help us. We called Vogl direct and they were at our home within 20 mins and had our A/C working within an hour. We will definitely use them again!
Our AC went out on 4th of July weekend Sunday. We called 2 other companies before Vogl and the first blew us off - no call no nothing and the second was super expensive and couldn’t come for several hours. We called Vogl and they not only came right away but didn’t charge us the weekend/holiday fee because we were close! He came quickly and did great work and got us all taken care of within an hour of calling! We will definitely be calling them first next time we need any HVAC help!
