Honest and efficient. Was here the next day. Fixed th AC quickly and for a reasonable price. Would recommend 100%.
My A/.C stopped working today 8-24-20 I called several busy companies the soonest anyone could get here was 5 day's from now! I called and Alfredo at 5:06 pm answered after talking to him I sent a few pics, he told me how to fix myself but told me he was close and would stop by. 30 minutes later he came by and FIXED my A/C ...30 MINS! he has my business!!!

VLC is my go to HVAC company from the very first time I used them a few years ago. Honest and fair is what I was looking for in a company. Repaired my AC twice, had them convert my AC to dual AC, and plan on using them to clean my air ducts and for scheduled maintenance as long as they are around!

I definitely recommend VLC!! Best (and quick) service ever. When I called to schedule an appointment I spoke to Veronica, she was very kind and helpful and was very accommodating to my schedule. I told her I worked in the Bay area, and due to the unpredictable traffic it would be hard to schedule something during the week so, weekends would work best, she then offered to have someone come out on a Thursday at 7:30PM to take a look at my unit. I was pleasantly surprised on how flexible and accommodating they were. The technician, (Alfredo) showed up at my door (on time), he was very helpful and got right to work! Alfredo explained the problem and the process on how to fixed it, and less than 30mins later the problem was solved. Since then my AC has been running as if nothing was ever wrong with it. Thank you so much VLC!!
This was the second time that I had called Alfredo to come look at my air conditioner, I am more than pleased... He's done a very great job and was very professional and explaining on what was wrong with my air conditioner etc. The first problem was I had a bad circuit board and conpacitor. He had to replaced and 2nd was low on freon, AC blowing warm air. Alfredo came out add Freon to my AC and it's now working fine. I recommend him to anyone who may be having problems with their air-conditioner, he's reason in price, very professional very detail oriented and I give him 👍🏽👍🏽.

This was the second time we called Alfredo and we couldn't be happier!!! The first time we called Alfredo was about 5 years ago and our heater stopped working on the coldest week that winter. Alfredo couldn't get the parts he needed that day and had to fix our heater the next day. The temp that night was supposed to be below freezing, and he didn't want our family to be cold over night. So, Alfredo went to his house and his mom's house to get us 3 or 4 space heaters to use that night. He went above and beyond for us!!! When our A/C stopped working this week, we didn't even think twice about calling Alfredo again!! He was over at our house less then an hour after we called him. He had our A/C working great in about 15-20 minutes and because the problem was so easy to fix he didn't even charge us!!!! Obviously he does not over-charge and is trust worthy. We have been telling everyone we know that if they need work done on their heater or A/C and want it fixed right by an honest man, the only man to call is Alfredo Castro from VLC Heating & Air Conditioning!!!!
Called with a problem and I told the tech that from what I know, it seemed like a heat sensor problem that caused my heater to suddenly stop running today. He was very honest and said he figured I was right and even said depending on how handy I was, I could test it and call him back to schedule an appointment if it did not fix it. He actually even gave me some instructions that I would have not known on my own.Ten minutes later our broken heater was working again. If I have another problem I will certainly call them again.
