Hired Mark to move some gas lines for a bathroom remodel. Took him quite some time to complete the job and didn't exactly follow my requirements. After connecting the lines and turning the gas on for testing, found that there were multiple leaks. Had to redo joints/connections only to walk away for the day without thorough testing. I went behind with a gas sniffer to realize that there were still leaks. I had to immediately cut off gas and evacuate my house. I would have probably been dead have I not checked. He came back again to realize he was using the wrong cutter tool for CSS. Finally got the job complete. I strongly recommend not using VA Heating and Air.
Virginia Heating and Air was willing to work with us from afar (we now live in Atlanta). They agreed to perform all the upkeep and any repairs to the HVAC unit at our rental house in Northern Virginia, and billing us separately. Having used their services in the past, we know we got a good deal.
My husband never likes anyone, but he said "Those guys are a class act!".

I bought my home less than a year ago and it is 12 years old. I had VA Heating and Air come out to service my AC this past summer and install a whole home air purification system. They then came out a few weeks ago to service my furnace. They were very thorough and professional both times. I will continue to use them for my AC/furnace needs!
It was a hot August day when my AC went out. It was crucial that I get it fixed because I my father was coming in a for a weekend stay the next morning. I called Virgina Heating and Air and within two hours a technician drove up in a van and began working. He found two problem areas, one that was completely shot and the other that would tucker out within a week. He had both parts in his truck and replaced them both. Afterwards he took the used part and told me why it needed replacement and was very helpful. I would call them again for any HVAC problem.
I should have written this many years ago, but here goes. Mark installed our Trane system almost 12 years ago. He and his employee Sayied have serviced it ever since. We have been extremely satisfied with both of them; their professionalism, timeliness, quick response to issues and their desire that we were satisfied with every aspect of their services. They are without a doubt the best heating and cooling guys we've ever encountered in the NoVa area!
