Virginia Beach HVAC Services came out last year and managed to give our AC unit another year of life where another company was pushing us to replace it. So, this year when we decided to have our 15 year old unit replaced we called them back to do the work. He replaced our air conditioning unit and had it up and running in less than a day... just in time for todays heat. Great and trustworthy local business. Thanks again! Edited: ~2 years later and still working.... but it's definitely time...
AC unit not cooling the upstairs. I filled out the contact form on the website at 8pm and Thomas called me back in 10 minutes. He came the next day and charged the system. Works great. Honest evaluation and does not try to replace units if not needed. I will be calling back to schedule maintenance on both units.
My AC system quit working on Monday. They came out that afternoon and took the time to explain the problem to me as well as my options. While I could have had it repaired I decided to opt for a new R410a system. They were able to come out Tuesday morning and had my new system up and running later that afternoon.
Of course my AC breaks on the hottest day of the summer so far. .... Googled for a repair guy, found these guys and gave them a call. Got through to an actually live body and they were able to come right out and see us. Luckily it was a simple fix and they didn't try to up-sell or anything. Would definitely recommend them.
couldn't be more pleased! They just left and I couldn't wait to write my review. Paul showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished. What we had thought was going to be a simple fix, turned out more difficult because of our older system. Paul identified the issues that I didn't know about and he fixed them on the spot for no additional charge. Paul showed me what he was doing so I know what to look out for if it happens again. He made sure everything worked properly and as it should before leaving. Paul was friendly and professional, I will absolutely call him in the future and I recommend him to anyone needing assistance their ac or heating units!
